“Too bad, I can't give Home Depot 6 stars! Here's why: Today, I was in need of a garbage disposal, (Initially dealt with another major supply store, but sadly, due to several weeks of ongoing issues with miscommunication and lack of inventory, given reassurances and awaiting phone calls to fix the matter, I decided to get a refund and take my business elsewhere.) Hence, searched online, picked out a Badger 5 / 1/2 HP product to purchase.Contacted Home Depot Rochester Hills service desk, spoke to Mike K, who connected me with Beth (Plumbing/Kitchen Dept.)Beth not only helped me locate my requested product, she also pulled another comparable product to allow me a secondary choice along with product pricing, she immediately set up a Home Depot service person to contact me for my garbage disposal installation, and was able to pay for it right over the phone.She reassured me, that she would pull both disposals, set them on a counter, and instructed me to go directly to Kitchen department for pick-up.To my surprise, approximately, 30 minutes later, the Home depot serviceman called me, set up an appointment to install my garbage disposal, today.Mind you, I was just getting my shoes on to pick- up the disposal.Of course, I made an appointment as soon as I was able to pick up the disposal.Beth kept her word, when I arrived at the store, that's exactly where I found the disposals setting; at the Kitchen counter showroom. No time to waste, the Badger 5 unit was my choice, so, I proceeded to walk to the service desk where a very nice cashier, quickly assisted me on my purchase.Finally, got home and to my amazement, my husband was waiting at the door, laughingly, grabbed it from me, to hand to the serviceman Stanley, who was there in the kitchen ready to install.Wow!He had actually already removed the old disposal and awaited the new one, in the time that I was coming home from the store.Wow! Home Depot and their serviceman were totally on the ball today! My husband and I are very satisfied customers, impressed with Home Depot's fast and excellent service, and highly recommend anyone searching for great service to go to Home Depot in Rochester Hills.Thank-you Home Depot employees: Mike K, Beth, Stanley the serviceman, and all others who assisted me and provided OUTSTANDING service.”

“Astrit and dan and kevin the best cashiers at he contractors checkout. I have been a loyal customer for years. I recently learned from one of my customers that my political views and those had by home depot may not align. I am so confused? Is it ok to still get my materials from here? And what about those wiener stands?, is they're meat even kosher or vegan or bpa free and should I care? also i'm not sure why the relish glows in the dark but golly is it good!!Drywall cost has remained markedly stable and 2x4's are still slightly smaller than advertised!”

“Went to buy paint and met the gal working in the paint section with dark brown hair. I wish I would have asked her name, or had the thought to look at her name tag. She was AMAZING! She knew her stuff! So patient, and great personality! I will forever come back and get paint when she's there.”

“Review from a Gardner: I get most of my standard pots, soil, and fertilizer here--prices are very inexpensive and they have lot's of specific quality brands for things like cactus soil and root hormone. But if I want specialty or decorative pots, I go to one of the nearby local garden centers as they don't carry much variety like that here. I also do NOT get plants here, I've seen mites and gnats hanging on them. Home Depot is not primarily a garden store so they probably don't have someone dedicated to keeping their plants healthy. Outside of gardening, the store has great pricing on grilling goods and whatnot. I recently loaded up on a bunch of moving boxes, bubble wrap, etc. and it was about $40.”

“I went there to find some brown gutter fixings they didn't have many of the things needed and you can never find anybody to talk to or ask questions when you do find them there are very knowledgeable but you can look up and down the aisles and not see anybody”

“Great customer service in this location!! Right when we walked in, we were attended to right away. We had an order pick up and return and it was a smooth and easy transaction. Lots of workers and we were asked a couple times if we needed help. Crowd wasn’t too much and we were in and out. The guy who helped us in self-checkout helped us out and even got a box for us. Super enjoy this!!”

As it says, "Signature," obviously at LG stands for the need to put your signature on an insurance contract, and lucky me, I did with US Appliance. This late afternoon, within only 5 minutes, the technician was scheduled for just three days from now. Nathan looked at it right away, let me know it was repairable and I had a quote for repairs within a couple of hours. I was contacted in the a.m. the following day that it was all set. I have been coming to this store for 24 years. I’m always satisfied with their service.”

“I bought two big potted inpatients for my very shaded porch and one is not doing well compared to the other. Both were watered on Friday and today, one is very wilty looking. The price was so much cheaper than English Gardens which thr same planter was priced at $52.99 So of course, Home Depot was way less expensive at $18.99. However, if one plant dies, well them it won't be quite as inexpensive.”

“I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the customer service at the Chets rental in Rochester Hills Michigan. I am disabled I had 220 pound propane tanks needed to be filled no sooner than I pulled around to the filling station. David was there to greet me and pull out the tanks himself to begin the filling process. If that wasn’t wonderful enough out of the rental office came Kevin, who saw that I was using a walker and offered to expedite payment saving me the walk into the office and back to my car. David also reloaded my tanks and made sure they were soundly secure for my drive home. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate going to a business establishment with people who really care and put the customers needs on a higher level. Thank you David and Kevin.
