“Great customer service in this location!! Right when we walked in, we were attended to right away. We had an order pick up and return and it was a smooth and easy transaction. Lots of workers and we were asked a couple times if we needed help. Crowd wasn’t too much and we were in and out. The guy who helped us in self-checkout helped us out and even got a box for us. Super enjoy this!!”

“Parking is plentiful, but access to the store can be tricky and confusing until you do it a few times. It's at the end of the east mall on top of a hill. Great selection of plants in the garden department, and the employees are super helpful and courteous. Appears to be a clean, well run facility.”

The 11% rebates are a bit of an addiction, paid in the form of a merchandise credit check. That means another trip to Menards and another mail-in rebate, ad infinitum. The escalator to the second floor can be a bit slow, because your shopping cart wheels are locked. If you only need one or two small items, leave the cart behind.”
