“Yesterday, I had the pleasure of having Laura, the sewing specialist, help me with my sewing project. Although I used to sew a lot, it has been about 25 years since I used my sewing machine. Laura went over the basics with me, with some added tricks of the trade. Then she helped me with the current project I am working on. Without her help, I would have been lost! She was patient as I took some time to feel secure with the new techniques she was teaching me. Now I am thrilled to be moving forward with my project. “My wife and I recently undertook an extensive remodel of our home and got all new appliances throughout the house. We went to several stores in the process of figuring out what was best for us, and hands down ABC Warehouse, and Wafir at the Novi location was by far the best place. Wafir is kind, patient, answered all our questions and gave us honest and thoughtful suggestion based on what our needs were, and ensure that we got the best price available. We had to wait for some of our appliances because they were custom orders, and he regularly provided updates, as well as he was always available and ready to answer any questions we had. For ANYTHING we need in the future, we are going directly to Wafir at ABC Warehouse in Novi, not even considering another option.”

“I love this store. It’s always clean and organized. Very big, so items can be spread out neatly without any area of the store feeling cramped. Nice big isles so even when the store is busy, it doesn’t feel crowded. Great prices and I find myself even skipping stores like Walgreens for things like cold medicine or body wash etc. and saving significantly. Not the type of things I ever thought I would be choosing to buy at a hardware store, but as a a hypothetical example; say Walgreens has cold medicine for $5.99 but get 2 for $10. Forcing you to either buy one overpriced or more than you need to get some value. Meanwhile the same stuff (maybe different brand but same ingredients) at Menards is $2.99 for one (what I need). So I’ve gotten to the point that if Menards carries it, that is where I buy it. I find that Menards is cheaper on just about everything I ever need, and that is even before the 11% rebate. For instance today I needed high temp spray paint for a car project. Advanced Auto $17, Menards $9. And Menards carries so much! For any project, automotive, electrical, plumbing, organizing, lawn, on and on… I typically find everything I need here and get them at the best prices in a clean and organized store with friendly staff… then also get 11% back in store credit rebates. At first it kind of bothered me that their app doesn’t have reviews on the products, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and trust that if they carry it, I will likely be happy with it and so far nothing has let me down. I just moved to this area and the store is one of my favorite things about being in this area as I am renovating the house I just bought here. It is a running joke with my girlfriend and I when I tell her almost daily that I need to go save big money at Menards again.”

“Your average Home Depot store. Stocked with nearly everything and posted with signs everywhere, making it easy to find the section you need to visit. Many reviews seem to be about specific negative experiences, but for your average visit to get some electrical connectors, screws, a new fan, or some plants, you shouldn't encounter an issue.”
