This was my first time stepping into this establishment and I must say it was a great experience! Mya was very helpful with selecting something that my wife would enjoy and smell good with. She was very knowledgeable about the products there had a great sense of humor and was very cool. Whoever promoted her as a manager knows Talent when they see it. Definitely will come back again and hope I get her to assist me as to I don't know very much product there.... Lol.. Thank you Mya.

I walked in and no workers were by the door greeting. I saw two ladies standing in the back talking to each other. They saw me enter and continued to talk without acknowledging me. Once I asked them a question, then they were helpful.

I came into the store planning to buy a few things but was very turned off by the employees gossiping about their coworker loudly. I’ve usually had good experiences here with staff but after hearing what they were saying it seriously makes me not want to shop at this location again. At least be professional in front of customers?♀️

Always a pleasure to walk into Bath and Bodyworks store. The fragrances meld together beautifully. Wish my home smelled the same.

I am a frequent shopper and have spent hundreds of dollars on gifts for myself and corporate gifts. I was in this store for 30 minutes. There were no other customers there, but no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Instead, they loudly talked about minuscule things unrelated to work. I feel like a fool for spending even a single cent in this store. I will only purchase future products on Amazon.

My niece and Grand Niece and I were shopping for Mother's Day on Saturday. My niece loves this place and spends way too much every time she goes in there. The vibe was horrible. The cashiers seem to not want to help or answer questions in a decent manner. One worker handed my niece her bag as if she was afraid she might touch her. I literally begged her not to purchase anything and never shop there again. People need to stop being racist and remember that without my green money, you will have no job. Believe me, we are the consumers' worst nightmare or greatest blessing. We simply have to have the biggest and best thing. The competition is great, so keep that in mind. Perhaps a little customer service training is in order, and some rose colored glasses too.

The workers here are very friendly and the store is very clean, well stocked, and organized. It’s a good shopping experience especially when you get recommendations to try new scents that are similar to your favorites. I’ll definitely be back!

Walked in, greeted with a friendly "Hello." Associates were dusting & sweeping, but said "If tou need any help let us know." Refreshing to not have associates hover over you or be asked multiple times If you found all that you are looking for. These ladies were polite, helpful when we did ask questions & professional. They didnt have something I was looking for but most of us have come to realize that's to be expected from BBW. Loved the new Pink Lilac & Vanilla scent, these cute candle holders & the Sun-dried Laundry. I'll be visiting again.

On Friday, January 13, 2023 I visited this location on Telegraph in Bloomfield. An associate named Rachel was there to help with my purchase.Before my purchase I had two plug in wallflowers that I wanted to exchange. I had not opened the wallflowers and they were still covered with the plastic cover over the top of both. I did not have my receipt & I was told from Rachel that I could not exchange them for two other fragrances. I had gotten these two by mistake. I normally get eucalyptus mint. But I had picked up two other ones with 10 other eucalyptus mint ones.I was told from Rachel the two I had were on sale and had gone down to $1.25 & because I had no receipt I could only get what the sale price had gone down to.I decided not to return them because I knew I had paid more than $1.25. I went to my vehicle looked through my emails and found my receipt. I went back in the store and made my even exchange. Only 30 minutes had passed.I have since called another store to find out from another manager why would I not be able to make the exchange. I was told that I should have been allowed to make the exchange as long as I was getting the same merchandise & nothing different. Even without a receipt.Because of the problem with Rachel, I plan to call corporate to make a complaint on this location.This store knows what they are doing. And it's not happening for ever customer.Once I came back in the store she did not even want to help. Someone else did the return & no other customers were in the store.

The store was well stocked, clean, and not too crowded. The employees were helpful and friendly. This is my favorite Bath & Body Works store.

Decent selection. Decent staff. I think they close the store early though. I went on a Sunday at 5:50pm and they were already closing the doors.
