Love this store! Always stocked up, clean, organized, enough cashiers, enough employees and friendly!
I was there this past Monday and my sugar level went down and a lovely customer in line asked if I needed help and she helped me with a bottle of water, then went and notified the employees about me and two came in helped me and took me to a bench to sit and made sure that I was okay until I get my sugar level up and I thank them multiple times including the lovely customer ❤️❤️

I was Follwed around the store for taking my time shopping. Basically, I was racially profiled!
I always shop at Burlington & I have never been treated like this. I was shopping in the Men's Department, and their was a man watching my every movement as if I was just about to run or something. On top of that, I went to a different aisle, and he kept trying to get closer like he was trying to get a view of what I was doing because I was taking my time looking/picking out clothes, i could tell he was the store's undercover security because the manager walked up to him and asked him a question.
You don't treat your customers like their thieves because of the color of their skin, I don't need to steal anything, let alone from Burlington, do better!

I'm totally into Burlington these days as you can really find some great bargains. Unfortunately when mom and I decided to try a this new Burlington (new to us anyway) it was just too messy and chaotic to really enjoy it.Upon entering you look to your right and you will see a couple of racks of purses. The purses are dangling, dropped all over the floor with the racks tilted and tightly meshed together. When shopping mom requires assistance with me pushing her in the transporter chair; navigating this store with the chair was a chore as we zig and zagged to avoid fallen merchandise and random empty racks in every department of the store.The merchandise was clean and well-tagged but we noticed you can find a much wider array of current clothing items at other Burlington's (the one in Macomb near Gratiot is excellent!).Ample parking, great location but totally not in-line with the feel of a Bloomfield Hills store (sniff, head-tilt - lol).

The best Burlington I’ve ever been too and that says a lot bc I go to different ones in hopes of being able to find wood furniture and let me tell you!!!! There was NOBODY for once in line and it was a Tuesday at 2pm! Now Burlington is notorious for having no help on the sales floor and everyone behind registers but this store was dead and probably because the cashiers are veryyyyyyyyy slowwwwwwwwww but the store was cleaned and stocked enough. They need more clocks and wall art
