No stars. Called on my order and they told me wait 15 minutes. Called back 25 minutes later they said 15 minutes again. HORRIBLE. They did offer that I could hold for a manager for 10 minutes. They said they had no info on the order and they couldn't see where it was. Do not order from this store. You won't get your dinner.

Terrible. I guess it is good if you get your order but if it doesn’t get delivered there is absolutely no recourse but to contest the charge on your card. The guy who answered. The phone both times told me 15 minutes more…each time…without knowing whose order I was calling about. I asked simply to get a real eta and he said he couldn’t tell me that. In fact, he had no ability to give me that info. TERRIBLE. If you have to order maybe use Grubhub so that you can get your money back

None of the staff appeared to be beyond their first day on the job. Only half the order was ready by the time promised, had to wait an additional THIRTY MINUTES watching the pizza get cold before the rest was finished. Manager said "sorry there's nothing i can do, goodbye." One star is absolute charity. Dear owner, close the doors and lock them, forever.

I ordered two pizzas when hosting a gathering at my home. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, I called to check on the order and was told that the order had left the store and was on the way. After another half an hour I called again and was told the order was cancelled. The person I spoke with had NO remorse and didn't even apologize for the extreme inconvenience. Nor could she tell me if I was charged for the food. Everyone was left hungry and annoyed. Miserable customer service.

The absolute worst! Several months ago it took over 2 hours for our order to arrive. Unfortunately, decided to give them another chance last week. Specifically asked how long for delivery since it had been over 2 hours last time, and was told 40-45 minutes so I ordered. 2 hours and several phone calls later, we were told our $75. order was still sitting there. We had to pick up since everyone was waiting for dinner. Supposed to get a refund, but didn’t. Never again!!

Did not bring my food in 2 hours. I called to cancel my order and get a refund and got hung up on. Don't ever call this place, they are lazy and not up for bringing people their food.

I called and ordered two pizzas. I spoke to the manager when I ordered the pizza. 30 minutes later I went to pick up my pizza and was told the order did not go through. The manager refused to accept any blame or offer an apology. She yelled at me. I told her I would have her fired. Please Management fire this lazy inept woman

I normally don’t have the time to write reviews concerning interactions with companies. This experience requires that I do so. The store was at 4082 W. Maple Rd, Bloomfield MI 48301. A copy of the ticket is attached. In checking details for placing my order, I first looked on your web site, and found your 8 corner priced at $15.99. I ordered via your robot, and when I arrived for pickup, on Sunday, April 30, at 3:53pm, the pizza, with 2 toppings, at $24.07. When I questioned the price (should be about $20.00), I was told the price was only available if I ordered on-line. We ordered through your robot. First error on your part... don’t play games with me! But, the topping on the cake, and the reason for this review. When I looked at the menu clearly and prominently displayed on the counter, in clear view of any customer, it showed the 8 corner as $17.99, plus 2 toppings at about $22.00. When I questioned the discrepancy with the “manager”, he stated, with a straight face, that menu, in plain sight for all to see, was “old”, and incorrect, and absolutely refused to correct the situation. Basically “take it or leave it”. We had company, otherwise I would’ve told him to place it where.... He was willing to discard this entire order, rather than making it right. How stupid!! I was absolutely flabbergasted. He could actually look me in the eye, and without flinching, make one of the stupidest statements I’ve heard in a long, long time. I am not questioning your hiring practices, you do what you need to do, but may I respectfully suggest you administer an IQ test, as a condition of employment. How about a test for common sense, and a desire to retain customers, not chase them away?

Placed order online. Card was charged, confirmation sent and when arrived at order time, place was closed. No sign on door, nothing. Major disappointment and they charged my c.c. I would stay away from this location.

Ordered two pizzas and two salads for dinner. The pizzas were delivered, but no salads. After several phone calls (one of which with a very unpleasant and unprofessional manager) and an hour later, the salads were delivered.The delivery driver was very kind.
