Life Cafe is part of a modern, clean, and elegant gym. The place is very spacious with a lot of machines and equipment, including treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, a good weight room, and rowers. Amenities include several pools, indoor and out, beautiful aqua facilities with whirlpools, saunas, a steam room, and a hot tub. There are also Pilates and other workout programs. The cafe itself is open to the public and offers consistently good food and service. The crisp bacon egg sandwich is amazing every time and the fresh smash burger is really good. There is plenty of free parking.

Love this gym and it's aesthetic! I'm super motivated to come here and enjoy a good workout or do extra curriculars like swimming, going into the sauna/ steamroom, and Pilates!

I've gone here a few times when I'm around since I go back and forth to Phoenix and this is honestly one of the best lifetimes in the nation. It's super clean, the staff are kind, and the machines are usually sanitized and available. You really do get what you pay for and its worth the extra $50 to be a diamond member.
