“Great experience. After a horrid day shopping for a new mattress, we finally found what we wanted, at a price we could deal with (not gonna say it was cheap, because mattress prices have gone stupid, but if you're gonna spend money of something, make it your mattress!). American mattress is apparently going out of business, and their prices seem to suggest they're trying to make as much money as they can really quick. They also told me 6-8 weeks to get the mattress. Gardner White told me my warranty was void and they don't honor the 120 day sleep guarantee unless I buy their mattress protector, even after I advised we already have one. None of that happened at Mattress Firm. Will definitely recommend!”

“Needed a new mid range mattress for my teenage son. Ronnie instantly greeted us as we walked into the store which is very clean and has a good vibe for a mattress store. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were presented with a range of mattresses and Ronnie was very cool and helpful with finding us a mattress in our price range. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a mattress. If you find one elsewhere they will even price match it so there's no reason not to buy local.”

The prices were very fair and shipping I understand, while not about weight, some foam pieces are challenging to box, wrap, or prepare in some other way for transport. Great experience all around. Not only did he move the chairs I was interested in trying out away from the wall and move the surrounding furniture so I could get the “full experience,” his overall efficiency during the checkout process saved me a fair amount of time from my planned amount. I’m also grateful for his not pushy but rather kind, helpful “when needed “ and knowledgeable approach to sales. It was an amazingly pleasant experience with Roderick as my salesperson. Kudos to him and your whole team. I had another pleasant and unexpected experience while visiting this location. My final out the door price with tax and all add-ons was less than one third the price of my second choice chair and there was a great add on warranty plan that made it too affordable to pass up. I love the feature of that if you don’t use the warranty within in the plan term time of four years, you get to apply the $99 charge paid at time of purchase to new furniture in the way of a store credit. And on top of all that, free delivery!”

“I’m so glad I came to this store to look for mattresses. Robin is one of the most honest and kind saleswoman. She is truly a mattress expert! She helped my parents select a mattress that was safe for them based on the measurements of their bedframe and my parent’s height, so they have a low risk of falling. She was cognizant of the bedroom door dimensions in case the box frame needed to come in splits, for example. The mattresses arrived in perfect condition.”
