Terrible service. I left my car for 8 hours for an oil change and recall that was supposed to take only 2 hours max, and they did NOTHING except wash it. They even tried to scam me, saying, “If you leave the car, we’ll give you a rental for $45/day and call you when it’s done,” despite the oil change being covered by Honda since it’s a new car. Absolute waste of time and zero accountability.

Dang it! You can't even depend on the service center at a dealership to do proper work sometimes. I took My 2019 Honda Odyssey in for the brake fluid, oil change, and tire rotation (B17 - Maintenance Minder code) on Saturday 07/13. I talked to the service advisor about the maintenance services and mentioned that I had a intermittent knocking, as if a suspension component might be loose, coming from the driver side front wheel well and to see if the tech could take a look during their inspection. I ended up picking up the car at a little after 2 pm. I checked the paperwork and it said nothing about checking for a knocking from the driver side front, but it did list just about everything else was inspected, suspension, bushings, leaks, etc. It also said the car was washed, but it wasn't. I ended up just driving it home, because they were closing at 3 pm and probably wouldn't have time to address my complaint. Anyway, after getting the car home I figured I would just jack the car up and look under the driver side wheel well to see If I noticed any issues. After backing the car up I noticed an small oil puddle on the ground. Apparently, because of all the other checks and inspections they had to do everywhere else, they forgot to torque the oil drain plug properly. It was only finger tight, boy I'm glad it didn't fall out on the way home. I was pretty frustrated to say the least. After fixing their mistake, I called the Service Manager's number on my paperwork and had to leave a message describing my issues and to call me back. I figured I'd give him until the EOB today (07/15) to contact me. I still haven't heard back. At this point, I would suggest getting your vehicle serviced elsewhere until they fix the issues they have at this location.
BTW, I typically go to Suburban Honda in Farmington Hills and have never had any issues. I ended up scheduling my service appointment at Page Honda, because Suburban Honda didn't have any appointments available for last weekend.

I bought CRV Hybrid at this place on lease for 3 years, I got the best price since the timing was perfect and the vehicles were a hard sell at that time, I worked with Johnny who is not in the company anymore. He was a good sales guy. Fast forward to now, I ended up buying the vehicle and financed it through the dealership, to our amazement they slipped in warranty package on the vehicle without being transparent about those options being optional for us to select. I was not diligent enough to be thorough but did ask if it is mandatory to which the finance guy Tom (Asshole) did say yes.I comeback home with 4600$ hole in the pocket which I never really needed but in-spite of zillion follows ups with manager Jeff and Tom and their front desk, nobody gives a shit about reverting the charges because that's where they make their money and pry on ill informed families like us.I somehow managed to cancel all of that through the vendor (got confirmation from the vendor on services cancellation. Thanks to folks on the internet for the tip.) but these frauds did not help us one bit.I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They suck the life out of you. Horrible guys to deal with and from Jeff to everyone else on the dealership is a fraud.!!Stay away if you can. Thanks.

This place is super shady. I found a car I wanted, I emailed them with my interest to look at this car specifically. I emailed them all day before with my intention to look at that specific car. I emailed them until right before they closed and they said oh yeah, come on up you can take a look at it. I even emailed them in the morning telling them that I was coming to look at that car. When I get there, the car was not available. It had been sold. I drove almost 40 minutes to come look at that car and they just said sorry. I got my stuff and I left. I'm not sure when the car sold that I wanted to look at, but they were not being honest with me. I would not shop here because they are dishonest and terrible.

Don't bother making an appointment. Every time we've done so, we end up waiting for hours. Always trying to up charge for unneeded services. $150 to swap out a $17 air filter. We've had enough. Will not be returning.

After the sale person got me in this vehicle with a reasonable note On my 3rd oil change...they rip-off me for a $374 service bill...then told me the oil change was free. I think they are upset because their sale person gave me a reasonable note. Their friendliness is a big joke!

I brought my 2019 Honda CRV to get diagnosed for a clunking noise when I drove over bumps. The dealer had my car since 8:30 this morning. I called to inquiry about my vehicle at 3:15 and was placed on hold for 10 minutes and I hung about. I also left my service advisor a message and no call back. When I called again they transferred me to TJ Engle the service manager. Let's first start off by saying this guy at no time should be allowed to talk with customers. He was rude and inconsiderate when I spoke of my frustration on what was going on. He then told me he was gonna pull my car off the rack and not diagnose the issue because he didn't need my business!!! Keep in mind I have the Honda Care extended warranty. Think about this. He was refusing to perform the proper work on my vehicle. Wow. I purchased this car from this dealer and it will be my last purchase. I can't imagine that someone would actually threaten their customers the way he did. I would like the General Manager Ms Page to contact me about this experience and lack of customer respect.

I have had my car serviced with Page Honda for a little over year, and while my previous experiences with them have been fine, my most recent experience was not good at all. I scheduled an appointment with the option to wait for my vehicle (as I typically do). In the past, I show up as scheduled, they look at my car, and I wait (1.5 hours, 3 hours maximum). This Tuesday, I showed up as scheduled but my car was not inspected at all. Larry told me that they would need to hold my car until Wednesday, or maybe, Thursday because they are backed up. No loaner cars were available, so I rent out of an Enterprise some minutes down the road. Wednesday comes and goes, and no technician has touched my car. Thursday morning comes and goes, and still no technician has touched my car. The morning update call Larry promised, never comes. My 2-day rental is about to roll into its 3rd day within the hour, so I decide to pick up my still un-inspected car and request a rental reimbursement (due to non-inspection and no service). The latter was vehemently shot down by the service manager, TJ.This dealership is sales over service. Never have I ever went to a scheduled inspection and not have my car at least inspected. Never have I ever had to pay for a rental car because the dealership wants me to leave my vehicle for a few days so they can look at it. Never have I ever had to chase down the service department over the phone to get an update on my vehicle. Never have I ever come back after almost 48 hours to find that my vehicle has not been inspected. Never have I ever been treated worse. This is my second Honda, and I even converted my husband to a Honda (his first purchased just a few weeks ago). Needless to say, Page Honda is no longer on our lists for service or purchase of our vehicles moving forward.

Made an appointment for an alignment. Provided vehicle information and spoke at length about vehicle type. Arrived promptly for appointment to learn “they didn’t have anyone that was capable of doing an alignment” on my Honda. Big waste of time. Wouldn’t bother with this dealer.

I paid 177 dollars for them to diagnose my car and check my car. I will say it again 175 dollars they said its the cause is my tires.... I could've done that myself. My car is now dead on the side of the road, not even a week after due to my alternator going bad. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK AGAIN! Wasted my HARD EARNED MONEY!

Very friendly staff who make you feel welcomed. We felt like our needs were listened to and we weren't pushed to but something out of our budget.

Beware the bait and switch! I called 3 hours before I left my house (an hour drive) to confirm the vehicle was available. THEY texted ME to confirm I was coming, and I walked in the door 10 minutes later-but the car was magically "sold" when I arrived. They, then, tried to sell me on a vehicle that was "only $4,000 more". I should have asked to see the vehicle I initially wanted that was "getting detailed" to be sure it didn't exist, so I could log a complaint with the Attorney General. The vehicle is still on their website. Lesson learned. Avoid Johnny and Lauren. Go to another dealership.
