I had this coffee at the Key west, Florida location, I enjoyed the coffee shop at the marina it's a beautiful location. The coffee was so good I bought two bags & two cups to bring home . The organic French roast is absolutely amazing!It's French roast for the win!

I used to love this place pre-COVID. But I stopped coming here because none of the staff would wear masks at all. They operated like we weren't in a pandemic. They had no safety protocols in place. Now I learned they are closed indefinitely due to Covid-19 outbreak among staff and the company isn't making it easy for employees at all. Not caring about customers health nor staff health according to article is sad.

Second time coming here today. Love the location, warm and cozy, probably because of the interior. They didn't have my favorite drink white chocolate mocha (which is why I gave them 4/5 stars because that's a little unusual), so I got a dark chocolate one instead. The barista was super friendly, she took time describing what some of the other options are and didn't rush me even though there were a few customers coming in at that time. Really professional. The drink came out quite good. Definitely will come back.

I had never been here before today. I stopped in to study for a couple of hours. The girl who took my order, I wish I got her name but she had short hair and previously worked at Starbucks, was extremely friendly and welcoming. Honestly all of the workers were very friendly and talked to me at some point. The girl who took my order helped recommend a drink because I didn't want anything with too much caffeine. I ended up mixing raspberry and green tea and making it iced. It was really good, she brought me some sweetener too. Very refreshing. All of the other coffee based drinks looked really good too. I will definitely be back and try a latte or a glass of rosé. They had a sparkling rosé that I plan to try. I love how enthusiastic the workers are and the variety of products that are offered here. Whether you want some coffee or tea to do your work or a glass of wine to relax after work, it's perfect! They also have food items and the sandwiches looked really good too!

Great Lakes Coffee has a pretty chill atmosphere and the coffee is good. They usually have a number of people there working on their laptops alone, with a friend/colleague or a small group.

Great place to come and work or chill. There's plenty of outlets by the walls and lots of seating inside and outside. It is a little loud but if that doesn't bother you, you'll love it. I ordered a Lavender Latte but it wasn't too lavender-y IMO... but I'll definitely be back to try the other menu items next time I'm in the area.

Usually their coffee is good so I thought I would try out the food. I got the southwest on whole grain bread. It was soggy and nasty. Egg was way too thick and the bread was wet. The people working up there are kinda mean so I was too afraid to get it replaced w something better.
