Very bad customer service. The line at the cashier is always backed up at this store. You have to stand on line for an hour to get cashed out. Slow customer service. The store wasn’t clean and the fitting rooms are always filthy and dusty. They don’t have enough cashiers and they don’t seem to care. Runway items are overpriced. I always find better deals online.

We went at a slow time but there was a line of 12 customers waiting to check out. Stood in line longer than we shopped.

Decent selection on high-end items. Could use some cleaning and friendlier staff. I'll come back strictly for the stuff.

Be ready to wait in line longer than the amount of time you actually spend shopping. The workers move with no urgency even when the line is really long. Happens allllllllll the time at this location.

Please can cashiers stop licking their fingers to open bags?! Wear a glove on one hand if you have to, at this day it's unacceptable and both cashiers were doing it after each transaction. I just wanted to leave everything.

Terrible customer service. There were three cash registers open and four women behind the counter - the line had about 10 people waiting. One person was working in cash register while the other three were sitting there and chatting.I waited for about 15 minutes for these women to end their conversation before they started to help us. The only reason one of them jumped on a cash register because of manager walked up.

Reza thinks his dad owns the store. He took 20 minutes to come to the front desk and refused to price match two of the exact same items that were priced differently. The large woman who works the fitting room only counts white people’s items after leaving the fitting room. The cashiers are incompetent.

Super nice for shopping but the worst part is the line to pay, sometimes only one cashier works and the line is horrible, the wait.
