“Great selection of products and great service. I was helped by a younger gentleman named Dylan. He provided some really solid suggestions and I’m satisfied! Hope he is there next time.”
“Been going here for over a year and bought over $500 worth of stuff.
They have everything you need in stock.
Best cashiers who give the best recommebdations.”
“Tony and Valentino are amazing at making sure i leave the shoppe with EVERYTHING i need (and more) haha lovely experience every time i come in here. Prices are amazing compared to other local shops and the servicebis educated and quick. Would 10000% recommend ”
“Great service. You can get smokes anywhere but service good or bad is on every owner. This pace hires great people. Thanks Dusty! Great service and a healthy smile with matching attitude. I know where I'm appreciated. Stock always looks plentiful as well. Great work team.”
“Dominic and the Red Wagon went way above and beyond for me when one of my favorite spirits was removed from distribution in Michigan. Through phone calls or possibly magic, they were able to secure some of the last stocks for me. This is the kind of customer service that I will appreciate for years to come, and just wanted to leave this review to say 'Thank You!'”
“One of the best WB locations out there! It may not be the newest and shiniest one but the store is always clean and very well stocked. The employees are all very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this place!”
“Great place to have a cigar and a drink. Great selections, great drinking selection, but the only disappointing thing is at 12, they start grabbing your drink off of the table, not a usual thing to be done at other places.”

“Cali Smokes is hands down the best smoke shop in Farmington Hills! The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a clean, well-organized store and friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about helping you find what you need. Whether you're into hookahs, vapes, glassware, or tobacco, they have an amazing selection of high-quality products at great prices.
What really sets Cali Smokes apart is the level of customer service. Marvin, the owner, is incredibly helpful and passionate about the shop—he’ll take the time to explain products and recommend the best options for your needs. It’s rare to find that kind of personal attention these days.
The vibe is super chill, and the store has a lounge-like feel that makes you want to hang out a bit longer. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular, you'll always feel welcome.
Highly recommend checking this place out you won’t be disappointed!”
“Just like the other store in Livonia, San & Kelsey always take care of you!
They have great customer service, and they remember who you are!
You always walk out of this store having a good conversation great service and savings.... They always make sure they're giving you the best deal that you can get!
Always awesome conversation and great deals , they have any product you can think of for a smoke shop! ?”
“Brian and Marcus were professional and kind. The selection of hookah products were of quality, not quantity, which I liked. Brian educated me on things I did not know when it came to hookah products and tobacco. Great service with a smile.”
“Stopped in to pick up some cigars. Anthony was extremely helpful and personable. He took some time giving me some recommendations and showing me some good values.”
“I have been a customer of this place for many years. I’ve always had a great experience, this past one with Tucker and Joe was incredible. I received some amazing information, learned some things about vape devices that will help me in the future. Most importantly, they were honest. Lead me in the right direction and didn’t try and sell me something that wouldn’t suit my needs. I highly recommend this shop, and I will continue to return. Give Tucker and Joe a big pat on the back! Thanks again!!”
“Nice place to visit, has some good bottle selections as well as numerous single selections, small tight store but has a lot to offer, owner is friendly and knowledgeable, in the area, worth a stop”
“Love love love this place the staff is awesome and very professional and clear love their jobs. I’d refer everyone who lives to smoke and vibe to this place right here”
“Great deals on tobacco products and vapes and mini rigs and just about anything you can think of Squirrel is very helpful and helped me find what I'm looking for ??
Been coming here for over 16 years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else ?
Personally I'd rather pay the extra to have actual hand blown glass tho just saying”
“I really enjoyed my time visiting here. Definitely one of my favorite smoke shops. Mr. Read was such a kind soul and provided was so knowledgeable about the store and all of the goop.”
“Skywav is my go to spot fs, always got solid deals, and the homies always looking out, can't recommend enough, definitely tap in if you're in the area!”
“I love this store! The owners are so pleasant EVERY TIME I walk in the door. Not to mention if there’s something you need that’s not on the shelf or in the coolers, consider it done because the next time you arrive, it will definitely be there. I TRULY appreciate GREAT customer service. Thanks again!”
“I like coming here on the regular because not only do they have a great selection but Collin, Cam, Shy are always so friendly. Today I needed some hardware and Collin explained it great and even took it out of the box to explain how it works. Thanks, crew - you guys rock!”

“Reasonably priced fine cigars and a knowledgeable staff. The lady opened up a box of 24 cigars (easily worth $450) to sell me a single Ashton VSG Spellbound. When I needed an Ashton ESG 20 Year Salute, they had those available. They also carry my coveted 5 pack Montecristo White Series (a must have!).”
“Recently went in for the first time and the first thing I noticed was not only did they carry the specific brand and flavor of my preferred vape but they also have a bigger selection of flavors than I have come across at any of the other local smoke shops near my home. The 2 employees were really cool and professional too. I don't usually leave reviews however it seemed appropriate in this case. Oh yeah and they have better deals for the my vape. 2 for 35. Most places it's 2 for 40.”
“Decent selection, not so good service. I asked for the full ticket and the lady only give me the payment receipt with o my the total amount, not how much each cigar cost.”
“i love this shop, the place is always clean and organized. The people are beyond friendly and I honestly don’t think i’ve ever had a bad/uncomfortable/unpleasant experience. I leave with a smile on my face every time because they don’t immediately treat you like a customer or try to upsell anything. Prices are good. Would & DO recommend to anybody needing smoke shop supplies in the area. ????”
“This is a small liquor store. The shelves hold as many selections as possible. The people are the reason I frequent this store. They are very helpful, genuine and friendly! I highly recommend.”
“I purchased a glass pipe made by ooze, normally very good product but due to heat getting to the inside where there is a rubber piece holding it together while trying to remove the rubber piece that is there so the 2 glass pieces dont hit each other and brake the plastic had melted to the 2 glass pieces and both broke while trying to open package. Next time I'll open the product inside the store
Very polite and professional I dont blame them. Stuff just happens sometimes”
“This is a great store! I live in the neighbor and go here often. I always get great service, me and my son. All the guys are cool, but the one chic that works there is weird, she over charged my credit card one time significantly. My son is deaf and didn't notice, but the manager refunded me my money in cash. They are also fast at the register. I go often.”
“Cute little neighborhood smokeshop. This place has changed a lot over the past 2 years. Their selection is constantly growing. They have most of the common stuff and decent hookah supplies. It's hardly ever crowed their helpful, and get you out quickly.”
“Went to a new smoke shop was absolutely Blown away with the selection of products! The Manger was a nice gentleman who showed me how the point system would save me some bucks over time,! turns out the more I came back again and again I developed a friendly relationship with the manager his name is Gerald " who I now call him G " long story short I'm a customer for life!! products selection is off the hook ? more importantly then that is the customer experience from G and Chris is AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I'm an aspiring improv comedian so these guys are to cool for school I get to run some of my improv ideas with them! Win -Win !!! In closing Great place customer service is impeccable and always greeted with a smile ?! this place ROCKS!!”

“One of the best stocked humidors in S.E. Michigan. Welcoming and comfortable environment, very knowledgeable owners and an outstanding selection of hardware. Ashtrays, lighters, cutters, etc. Paired with a private lounge and personal lockers, it’s tough to beat.”
