This UPS Store excels in prompt shipping and printing services. The team is very professionalism and efficient. Today, Tim swiftly printed our large-size survey plans, which he requested we email. Within 5 minutes, the order was ready for pickup. Highly recommended for their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction

This was an authorized Amazon return location. My return instructions clearly stated that I put the item back in a box and make sure there are no shipping labels attached. Despite doing this, the clerk in the UPS store refused to accept the Amazon return. He stated that if I did not purchase a box from the UPS store, he would not return my item despite the instructions provided by Amazon. I do not recommend patronizing this merchant when conducting business. Based on reviews, the merchant blames customers for the poor service and bad reviews

There is this young man that work at the UPS store in Bloomfield Township. His name is Tim and HE IS THE BEST. He showed me how to use the machine when its real busy and he is always so helpful to me. Tim? You the #Beesknees :)

This location is ideally placed at the intersection of Sq Lake Rd and Telegraph, housed within a recently constructed building that features this UPS store on its north end. Tim, the young and personable owner who's always seen with a smile, will warmly welcome you upon arrival. We often engage in lighthearted conversations about the lack of automatic doors in establishments where they're most needed, like the UPS store. These discussions typically revolve around the challenge of entering buildings while juggling large boxes, having to maneuver the door open by balancing some of the boxes on your knee or the window ledge, then carefully wedging your foot to open the door just enough to slip through. He insists it’s not his decision, and I insist that it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to get permission.I enjoy my trips here. Would stay longer if there was beverage and snack station.
