The associate we worked with was great! He was very patient and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process of switching phone carriers seamlessly! I drive 10 miles to come here because closer ones have no staff and don't know what they're doing. Happy with this location. Wait has not been bad for me and the staff seems knowledgeable.

The associate was friendly but ultimately unhelpful. They are a sales store and not at all helpful with an existing customer looking to change services. The prices quoted were significantly higher than the standard online prices. They had an hour wait and ultimately were told to call the central number for help. As an aside, the call center is awful. They quoted me a price and then after 2 calls and 4 hrs on the phone did a bait and switch where the best they could do was 40% more than they originally quoted. Typical Comcast.

Switched to Xfinity with promotion of paying phone off was told I would get a visa card in the mail with the pay off amount never received it it's been like 6 months now. If they would have just said we won't pay off your phone. They had me take a pic of my T-Mobile bill and upload it somewhere. Made me waste my time and energy all for nothing

Went in to get a wifi extender and figured I'd have to wait awhile as there were several people there already waiting. The person who greeted me took care of me right away and I was out the door with my purchase in less than 5 minutes.

Rude lady on phone, tried to upsell me on everything, was deceptive on pricing. When asking basic questions about pricing she seems to get irritated or dance around the answer.
