Has gone down hill since they automated everything and got rid of the normal tellers, and the workers t that did remain are very rude and give you no choice but to use the video teller. Everyone in the bank can hear all your personal details, and what you are doing. Absolutely ridiculous

IF WE CANT TRUST YOU TO PICK UP A PHONE, WHY WOULD WE TRUST YOU WITH OUR MONEY????The whole branch is automated now.Everyone will eavesdrop on your convo, I was explaining to a video teller how.. The night before I was trying to call to no avail.The result was only robots on the other line.The he/she/they/them what ever.. at the counter replied "you are talking to a real person!"Totally interrupting my "private" conversation with the video teller.THE ABSOLUTE WORST AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!NEVER EAVESDROP ON PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS.I was absolutory fuming while leaving that branch.WHAT HAPPENED TO 4 FRONT?? YOU GUYS USED TO BE SUCH A GOOD COMMUNITY BASED BANK.NOW IT SUCKS!

Very snooty, and ZERO respect for "members"!! In BC. All females talk down to seniors. "You do it our way, you MUST use the machine." One gentleman begged for assistance. Nope, "machine Sir." They are rude, non compassionate and snooty. After 25 years, I will move my funds, over $50,000... Get some maturity and professionalism. They just don't care anymore.Done with that attitude .

They need partitions up between teller machines. Employee was having a conversation so loud I couldn't hear my teller. ( I could hear my teller maybe because she was talking softly). I will try again but did not like the experience

I've had great service from them. Their branch manager Samantha is really bright, nice and super helpful.

Not a fan of the “new way” you want to conduct business - not.at.all.Proper customer service is what I was used to and still prefer.You’re decision to do this leaves me no choice but to seek it elsewhere.Super Disappointed

Wish I could give it 0 stars. The great employees they had at the Boyne branch are being replaced with people on a TV screen in a big city. It reminds me of a big bank in the big city that I despised. The darkness and AI feel of the lobby is very unwelcome. Guess the small town credit union is a thing of the past and gone 4ever.

Closing my accounts with them really soon.I do business with people and not computer screens!!!!.Boyne City office replaced tellers with computer screens.Mark my word that the rest of the branches will follow suit.Absolutely disgusting that soon they will replace employees with screens.

I love 4Front Logan Newson was my saving grace from Traverse City, MI. Now mind you I didn't go to the office I spoke to her over the phone for what I was dealing with she walked me threw the whole process stayed on the phone with me threw the whole thing I can't thank her enough for what she has done. ?????Thank You Logan Newson ???????
