“Yall are so cruel and mean to this staff that they get so nervous to tell customers no. They can refuse you at any time if you lack funds, documentation, etc. Stop treating others poorly because YOU messed up. I heard a teller apologize for the wait multiple times as she helped two customers at once, nervous that they are going to get a bad review. Do you not realize that this affects their entire life? They are human beings with family to support and you are making their job miserable. I’m 28 and I know better than that. Thank you to the staff for putting up with the abuse from those who are unprepared and uneducated. You are appreciated!”
