“I'm having an affair. We meet a couple of days each week at the corner of Lake and Water streets in Boyne. My wife tags along pretty much every time.HUH????It's not a person.It's Kilwins old fashioned candy shop. Home of chocolate decadence. Now if we can just keep it from Dr. Abdul. You might have thought it's the ladies at this location. It makes sense. They're adorable and fun to talk to. Nobody makes you feel more welcome in their store.But alas, I'm afraid it's the high quality chocolate. It's in the candies, the confections, the fudge and of course their homemade ice cream. What a fun place to "cheat" on one's diet! While I've never walked out of here with something non-chocolate, Mrs. E. does so every visit. Today it was coconut ice cream. Proof that it's much more than just top shelf chocolate. I haven't tried it but I've seen pepperoni pizza, caramel apples and several flavours of gelato. Another excuse to sneak in here! 10/23”

“What a wonderful shop. I have no pictures of our delicious ice cream in dipped waffle cones or chocolate covered graham crackers because they were just tooooooo good and they are gone. ? But believe me when I say they were worth the trip from Young State Park (16 minute drive). There was a little playground for the kids and toys to play with and nice outside sitting areas. This place is a must visit if you are in the area.”
