KorthaseFlinn manages our Citizen's Home Policy, and Juliana (Jules) has been our account manager for a few years. As first-time homebuyers in 2017 we had very little idea how important this seemingly small relationship would be in our lives, but quickly learned that having a dedicated and excellent customer service team on the administrative side of things makes the boring work of managing an insurance policy so much easier and comfortable. In the past year, after we refinanced our mortgage with another lender and it was sold to a new servicer without us knowning, Jules was quick to notice and inform us of a policy payment issue from escrow. We were able to catch months' long payment application error on the part of our mortgage lender, and Jules was so helpful in advocating for us and ensuring that the mortgage team fulfilled the payments from our escrow. We honestly would have been completely in the dark if it wasn't for her going above and beyond her job to help us understand an issue and be so available and reliable in communicating with us. Thank you to Jules and the KorthaseFlinn team!

Terrie helped us in many ways when we wanted to switch our insurance over a couple year back. Great service and friendly people. Always so great when we need help!

I am very disappointed in their service this year. I left 4 messages with the person that takes care of helping people with Medicare and did not receive one call back. I also left a message in the general mailbox that said I would receive a call back. Still waiting. If they didn't have time to help me a message letting me know that would have been nice so I could pursue another avenue for help with my Medicare.

I've been with Korthase for a while now, under my parent's policy. I recently purchased a home and a car, and split my policy off. In both cases, Korthase was able to find me cheaper rates than anyone else. I dealt with Vicki and Cristina throughout both processes, who were incredibly helpful and quick to get me necessary paperwork; Cristina even stayed late to make sure I had what I needed while we spoke over the phone. I would highly recommend them.
