We waited a long time to get Truestream; it was worth the wait! We had Satellite for years. Due to our remote location, nothing else was available, not even cell service. I work from home and having Truestream has made a world of difference. I now get my tasks accomplished in a third of the time. We highly recommend anyone looking for a better, more reliable (it doesn't quit working during stormy weather or gray days), faster internet to certainly check them out. The price is even less that what we were paying for the Satellite and NO DATA CAPS.

The internet service is great. But trying to login to your account is a pain in the rear. I tried using my saved email and password and still couldn't get in.

I am truly amazed by Truestream! Installing it myself was a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised when they kindly accommodated my request for a longer fiber cable on short notice at their local office. As someone with a technical background working in an MSP, I appreciate the clarity and conciseness of their instructions. It's refreshing not to deal with the usual hassle of "call to activate service" like other big name ISPs.And let me just say, the speed of Truestream is absolutely fantastic! I love it!EDIT: My family also has a cottage out near silver lake and had it for quite some time, and it's worked well there too.

True Stream is so much better than satellite TV! They are a much cheaper service when you consider price & quality of service! We were new to streaming TV but have learned how to navigate it and there is a universe out there of shows, movies, even free TV so I highly recommend their cable service!

wonderful install service and customer service. Easy pay. My only issue is while streaming I might get a buffer. No issue for a quick buffer, but sometimes it locks and I have to reload the program. is this normal?

Help me understand something...I pay (paid) for 200 mbs service. $79 a month.When I COMPLAIN, I get 200 mbs service.When I leave for a week or two and return, service disruptions, pixilation...do a speed test..20 to 40 mbs 10 to 25 download...call, complain for 20 minutes, wash, rinse, repeat...speed tests taken from same place in house...30 feet from modem. ALL TV's and devices are UNPLUGGED during the speed tests.Back to 200/200 mbs.Please tell me you are nottaking advantage of seasonal residents by monitoring their usage then dialing back their service when not in use.Complain...over the phone...back to 200 mbs. Tech asked me if I called to have "Vacation mode" requested...which he says would explain my service issues. No..I didn't ask for vacation mode. Do I (we seasonal customers) get a service "CREDIT" for calling you for reduced service?If you ADVERTISE 200 MBS...Which is what I PAY FOR...I should NOT have to complain to have my service restored to the performance level I pay for!!!!When getting this service, I was "pressured" so to speak that I had a very small window to get the service after the old residents left...and if I passed, service would not be permissible after that window Trustream set forth closed, I would be "ass-out" so to speak.Well...if you are going to throttle back what I pay for...I say I am getting one sixth of what I was promisied...or agreed to then where is my 5/6 th refund? You assured me 200 mbs for $80...I am getting 1/6th of that..this happenes EVERY time I leave for a week since service was installed in November 2022.I am tired of having to call tech support every visit to my cabin because of service disruptions and interruptions because of your monopolistic attitudes towards seasonal residents.UPDATE!Within 30 minutes of this review...see the 12:36 pm screenshot. 196 download 200 upload.

Was very good experience with truestream all the different technicians of the guys who installed for very courteous and friendly and polite I would recommend truestream for everyone very good internet's very fast and liable there's no lagging

This service provider has proved to be better than the last. There are still issues with connection where it goes out and I have to restart everything(cell, equipment, and tv) at least once a week. Otherwise when it works it works and its speed and service are much more reliable.

After having to use either satellite or cell tower internet since I moved to this area what a dream come true to have TrueStream. 1/4 the price and 10x the speed I had before. Yay!

So HAPPY to finally have Truestream Service!! Had awful internet service before it was frustrating to say the least but now with this new service it has been wonderful, things have been going great. Well worth the wait. Thank You Truestream!

Truestream rocks!!!! Having fiber internet in a rural setting is life changing. The folks at Truestream have been very professional and helpful all along the way.
