We are always greeted with a smile and friendly “good morning!” Tellers are efficient, quick, helpful, and accurate (with the exception of an occasional “newby”). Statements are always accurate and on time. Location of our branch and others nearby is very convenient. We do miss the lobby being open on Sat mornings. We and our dog enjoy the treats - popcorn and dog biscuits. ?

Changed review to 1 star today because Oxford Bank needs huge improvements in customer service. Also why is it so complicated to change our address? I shouldn’t have to email someone three times in order to get this!

I opened an account here early this year. Everyone was so helpful and I am always greeted when I come. I use the on line payment system and get quick responses to my needs. I'm sooo happy to be at a smaller bank that knows who I am.

This place used to be amazing. Friendly staff who always took the time to help me. Recently it’s gone downhill. I don’t recognize anybody who works there and everybody is cold or has an attitude. Nobody wants to actually work, they seem annoyed when you come in and ask for help.

I am a small business owner who has been impacted by the covid 19 business closure order. I previously did all of my business banking with a large bank I will not name here. After several weeks of trying to get a loan application in for the Cares Act (with no call back from my bank), I reached out to Oxford Bank.The experience was amazing. Within hours I was contacted by a real person who walked me through the process. Once my application was in, I was updated by email and phone (by an Executive of the bank no less) on a regular basis.....and within 2 days I received a loan approval!!!Thank you Oxford Bank. It's obvious you care about small business, your customers, and people in general. You have my full respect and appreciation. You also have a new loyal customer.

Exceptional customer service for a brand new client. I am completely blown away by Nancy and Cary’s diligence, handwork and prompt feedback. Time was of the essence and they were quick in answering my questions, contacted me personally and definitely went above and beyond. I felt very much taken care of and would highly recommend Oxford Bank.

WOW, what a great experience dealing with Oxford Bank. They went over and above what I expected. I don’t know the future, but I see a very long and pleasurable relationship. I highly recommend this bank. There officers to there assistants are of the shelf helpful.

Online banking is not the best but overall good staff.
