John Durand was great to work with. I had been searching for a specific vehichle for weeks that nobody had. Called his dealership, he had exactly what I needed, got everything started for me that night, drove off the lot with it the very next morning. It was fully worth the hour drive to his dealership. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I had know idea what was wrong with my vehicle. I brought it in to Randy Wise a little nervous of taking vehicle to dealership. I met with a woman named Crystal at the service desk and everything started to feel like my vehicle would be OK. I was treated great, given an arra to do my own work while I waited. Was even given the opportunity to test drive a new EV for my first time. My thought on EV was immediately changed. It was awesome. I would definitely take my vehicles back if needed. I am definitely thinking about getting an EV now. If you need a new or used vehicle or service done. Consider Randy Wise, you will not be disappointed. Ask for Crystal in the service area. She was great!

The staff is friendly but my over all experience has been awful. The truck has been at Randy Wise twice now with less than 6k miles on it they had it for a WEEK and said the could not diagnose the problem. I got it back and it broke down in the first day of driving it. I have had it 3 months! And now it is at the dealership a third time. I ordered the truck it came with the wrong arm rest they got me a new arm rest but they could not get one with the same materials just cloth not vinyl. And the lock STILL isn't fixed! So they cant get the truck to run and they cant get the lock keyed! They are nice enough people but my I got a lemon they cant seem to fix or service what they sell.

Every device,detail covered car in driveway next day. First good night's sleep in a long while. Very friendly and helpful we wound up here after finding a lemon on another lot and wanted to look at a completely different van However my husband wanted to look at this van and even thought it was officially listed for sale the used department ran the numbers and got us where we wanted to be with a payment. A week after having the van the check engine light came in However the dealership helped us fix it they were great I would recommend this place to anyone. Also Kyle was the one who sold us the van very polite and helpful.UPDATE:2 months after owning the car I had to shell out $380 to fix the front brakes when we were told they were putting on new breaks but they didn't say it was just the back breaks.

I have a 2022 ford maverick that I bought from a different dealership and purchased a maintenance plan for it. Randy wise has honored everything that was on the maintenance plan with no hassle and helped me use my ford pass points for some add ons. They’ve been great to me so far and I have no complaints. Everyone I’ve talked to there is helpful and nice.

While on vacation passing through the area the transmission "jumped' a few times which got my attention, I noticed white smoke behind the truck so I pulled over to investigate. I found that the transmission was leaking fluid, wind was blowing fluid onto the frame, exhaust system and muffler. I stopped at Randy Wise Ford and spoke with service advisor Jeffery Cline and asked if they could take a look at the leak (as I had no way of servicing it myself). I indicated that six weeks earlier I had a Ford dealership local to my residence in Indiana change the transmission fluid and filter on my 2018 Ford F150 and that I suspected that the technician who last worked on my truck might not have properly tightened the pan bolts. He agreed to look at it and brought the truck back to their service bay and the technician determined exactly what I felt it to be, the leak was caused from the transmission pan bolts not having been properly tightened/torqued down by the previous dealership technician when i had the fluid/filter changed. This resulted in the loss of one pan bolt and fluid leaking from the right (passenger) side. I want to send a huge thank you to the staff at Randy Wise Ford for being able to fit me into their busy schedule, getting me in and out in under four hours AND they was able to get it covered under warranty at no cost to me! I had a pleasant experience at this dealership and would definitely go back and give my business to this dealership again in the future!

Had an excellent and efficient buying experience with Dave Swanson at Randy Wise Ford. I called to inquire about a new Explorer and he was able to call back within 30mins to get me a great deal. I came down later that day to pick up my new vehicle! Car was detailed and waiting for me when I got there. They even came to us when we had to finalize the paperwork. Would highly recommend Dave and Randy Wise Ford!

I came in to get my tires changed and some overall service repairs and Max L was such a great help. He answered all my questions, made sure that I was happy with everything before I left the lot. Based on his kindness and helpfulness I will be back for all my service needs!

After other dealers let me down, I finally got my Ecosport here. I saw they had it in stock, so I went to see. They didn't BS me or try to sell me something else. My salesman (Wade) was there for me every step of the way, as were the others. They had the car ready the next day and thoroughly explained everything and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of junk that I didn't need or argue/hard sell me when i declined. In all, two days. Very happy and would go to them again.

John Durand and Johnny have done it again! We have been getting our vehicles from Randy Wise Ford since 2014/2015. John has always been our go to and we have always been pleased with our experiences through Randy Wise. I have even referred my mom and sister to John and Johnny (both of which have leased Escapes and have been happy with their experiences as well). Thank you guys for always being so straightforward with us and helping us when we need it. I am so happy to finally be out of my Edge and back into an Explorer!

They have had my car for 2 months, it took forever to get parts, good luck hearing back from them, I finally just say give it back to me so I can take somewhere else, ok Friday, call Friday not done. Monday. I go to pick it up and, THEY HAVE NOT TOUCHED MY CAR!!! AND NOW I NEED A NEW ALTERNATOR!!! They had assured me it was all done except for the last part that needed to be added. And yet nothing was done, nothing, and now it will cost 800 more for an alternator. And there was nothing wrong with my altanator before i took it in, nothing. They will not fix your car, they will not get parts, they will not communicate with you. But they will take your money, quick as s*** DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Took my car in 2 months ago, it was supposed to be able to picked up on Friday, called not ready, Monday. Go in there to pick it up and they have done nothing to the car!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Please get a service adviser knowledgeable about mechanics or at the minimumcan pass on the mechanics words properly. When a vehicle needs a turbo inaddition to a long block motor you should probably include this info in a quotebeing it is a major component cost wise. Ford needs to fix and own the issueswith the Escape motors. I now know why Ford no longer uses the sloganQuality is job one...
