DO NOT GO HERE. We originally joined because we were told on multiple occasions that they price matched other companies in the area. We thought we were set. However, after jumping through all hoops they have for them to price match, they refused to do so. Of course there is no WRITTEN policy about price matching, just word of mouth. So we switched just to have more fees piled on because they refused to follow their own policy. Now they refuse to take our phone calls and are threatening legal action. THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU, DON'T GO HERE!

I called at 4 pm on Friday and was told to call back during normal business hours and also being charged exorbitantly high fees for something they could correct ?? would never recommend them I did not pick them they came with the house awful customer service for the Disabled

Horrible experience from start to finish. I’m told one thing, and then told the exact opposite. This company has completely screwed us and now we are sitting in a freezing cold house with our kids because they won’t come and fill our tank. I absolutely detest this company and the customer service is absolutely horrible. Go elsewhere.

I had four heating and cooling companies come out and service my furnace after all that they told me that there was a problem with my regulator valve on my propane tank come to find out from the extremely prompt service technician for Blue Flame Propane who showed up in under thirty minutes from my call my tank was empty he refilled it bled out the line and then stayed with me and helped me get my furnace up and running extremely prompt and courteous people to work with I would Recommend this company to anyone looking for a propane service provider.

I am new to the area and just bought my first home. I have never used fuel oil before so I called 13 different places to compare prices and ask questions. The secretary who answered the phone was extremely rude. I have never encountered such rudeness in my life as I am always extremely nice to customer service reps being that I am a customer service rep myself. She was mad that my husband was telling me what to ask while he was getting ready for work. I asked if they do any discounts for larger orders or contracts or even military discounts as my husband and I are both in the service. She said no they do no discounts for military and won't deliver for anything less than 150 gallons. I asked how do I find out how big my tank is and she very rudely responded that I as the homeowner should know that and to stop wasting her time. I have never encountered anyone so rude in my life.
Needless to say my husband and I will not be ordering our fuel oil from this company. They also were the highest priced for that day by a 26 cent margin which over 150 gallons makes quite a difference. They also do no real discounts worth mentioning.
