I definitely will recommend Bridgeport StorageWe rented for more than 3 years and we have always encountered great customer service.The facility is gated and secure and definitely well lit, which is a huge plus for security.Thank you Maeona for everything.

Needed a storage unit, and I needed it fast!! Some unexpected problems! I contacted Bridgeport Storage, and they were able toaccommodate me right away! The staff was very friendly and seemed happy to serve me. I would recommend them if you need storage, or renting Uhauls!! 5 Stars!!

I was able to set up everything online which made my move from Grand Rapids to Saginaw so much easier. When I did have to talk to the office staff, they were friendly and helpful.

Great place except when it was time to leave. It was around the holidays and had 3 items left and one trip left to get them out. I wanted to pay for 1 week and I had to pay for the whole month !!

Office staff is great. Set everything up for me in an efficient and timely manner. Mike kept checking with me going forward to verify date of rental which was great. Hit a few speed bumps and had to change the date. Mike worked with me on that which I greatly appreciated. Reasonable rent, clean facility and super staff. Highly recommend this storage facility.

They were so kind and easy to work with. Unit was clean and during the winter it was always plowed. I had emptied out my storage unit over the weekend and did not have a chance yet to call. That Monday I received a call asking if I knew the unit was empty. It was nice to know that someone was out checking the property and that they would call to inform me.

Highly recommend this place! Prices are reasonable, and their storage rooms are very nice on the inside. We would use them again if we didn’t live so far away. The staff has ALWAYS been so nice and helpful! Big thank you to them. Keep up the great work!!!
