“The staff is SO nice every time I go in there. The gentleman (not sure of his name but he’s there every time I’ve stopped in) working behind the counter is very friendly and willing to help.
Gen is the absolute best. She is so nice and brings such a good energy to the store. Her customer service is top notch. I cannot speak highly enough about the employees at this store. Their customer service is always 10/10.”
“My fave Family Dollar in Saginaw. It’s one of the newer ones. Clean has a large variety. Workers are always helpful and items are affordable. You can get everything you need from there.”
“They got everything. Omg. I had to hurry up n leave. Because I start getting more things I attended to get. Lol ?. But it was clean, friendly n helpful people in here.”
“Jill is one of the most amazing hardworking multi-tasking person I've ever met. She deserves a raise for sure constantly on top of things to keep that place in tip top shape I've been to a lot of DG's and that was by far my favorite id recommend anyone there”
“The staff are very helpful.
The manager Toni I dealt with was the sweetest lady! Both times she saw me wondering and looking(i didn't want to ask she was so busy) she at both times stopped what she was doing to ask if she could help me find something! U dont get that these days”
“I was shocked at the nice selection of inexpensive Christmas ornaments. Whoever has been doing the buying for Dollar Tree this past year (2024) has been doing a bang-up job. I found many things besides ornaments that were worth purchasing. The glassware (beverage glasses) are excellent quality for the price. UPDATE: I have been back several times since my initial review, and this place never disappoints. The gardening selection in spring 2025 was exceptional.”
“All great with supplies Drinks of all kinds. Lots of different things kids merchandise food, toiletries . Clean place just not too much on greeting people that come into the store.”

“We found 2 glitter frames that were a hit on TikTok and my daughter loves them. We went to the one in Vassar and in Millington and no luck. So thank you Saginaw dollar tree.”
“I got things in the clearance area and it was a great price. The only thing I don't like, is sometimes it has to much produce in isles. Don't bring it our until you can put it away. Hire workers for evening shift to zone the store and keep it shoppers friendly! It's a good location.”
“For being one of the toughest stores to work in, two people stand out, Dommino and Q I'm sure I spelled her name wrong but She deserves to be appreciated, THANK YOU for always having an extra few cents, and never rushing me out when i show up 2 minutes to close every day. Very Sweet personality. And Q he has a Great work ethic and a kind smile. Thanks again.”
“Very friendly staff experience, Of course you can't find every little item you could think off. That's near impossible. But the willingness of the staff to answer and assist this is a rare quality nowadays. You find missing in mid size to big stores.”
“It's a close by store that does a lot, clothing, food, toilet seats, etc. It's cheaper than going to Dollar General. The only thing that would make it better is if things were better organized.”
“I work a lot. I like this store for various items. Staff is always friendly and working. It's clean and well stocked. Probably the best Family Dollar in Saginaw.”
“I went in this store today and it was super clean! So inviting and the workers were very polite. I stopped at other stores as well. Like DG and Dollar tree. I'm just being honest so clean and well organized. Way to go Great Team Work! Thank you for making shopping so comfortable and placed exactly where to find it.”
“The girls are always so nice, and they try to get the inventory out to clear the walk ways and since I use crutches they often apologize about the inventory carts. Store is always clean. The quality of your line of acrylic paint is horrible. But can't win them all”

“Funny getting amazing service from this little store in Michigan while I was traveling. The young lady Beth was helping me and my toddler. She really helped me get what I needed but the weird thing- she was the only person in the store working. Thank you Miss Beth for all of your attention and putting up with a crying baby. Elizabeth”
“Store is larger than other DG's in the area. Current management is very helpful. The store has a lot of great finds. I highly recommend checking them out. LOVE DG!”

“Great for quick last min. Items. This was BIG store. Super clean & lots of room. Stopped for some Christmas bows, q caramello and some dog treats. Prices are fair and they had a decent selection of crap. Super sweet girls who work there, too!”

“i went there during our lovely micigan ice storm, and clerk britt was able to help me find some essentials and wrap em up nice and tight so i dont lose em on my way home. very nice.”
“A young woman and named Diamond is the reason I take the extra time to shop at this location. She is professional, efficient, polite and just all around wonderful. The store is always fully stocked up as well as nice and clean. Diamond is the manager so therefore she sets the standard for that store, she obviously operates at an optimal level and I respect that highly especially as a military man. Diamond is a natural leader and the GM off dollar general should be made aware of her, she truly is a gem and I wish her the absolute best!”
“been goin here and many others for years they have a good variety of stuff i need and want but the one problem i have as im sure many other people have this problem they only have one person working the counter including the cash register and it's a nuisance because it adds for a long wait in line but yet they have at least four or five other cash registers and spots where they can put people to help customers with anything they might need help with or paying for their items”

“A great Family Dollar they seem to have a much larger selection than most other Family Dollars I have been to. Their seasonal selection was great. The store was for the most part well kept and clean. The one employee I had the pleasure of interacting with was very nice pleasant and happy to be there.”
