11/30/24 i tries to get some help on why the app was not loading or clipping the coupon and I went to 3 different associates and 1 had apathy of the situation another came up to me talking hostile and the other was talking over me when I tired to explain the situation to her. RUDE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ASSOCIATES AT THIS LOCATION ON DIXIE HWY.

They were out of the things I wanted on sale. It's a smaller store, they have limited quantities and options. Great if you need to grab one or two things, but I can't get all my weekly groceries needs here.

I use the gas station all the time until recently. There is a guy working there that is so rude I refuse to do business there when hes working. Hes not just rude to me but to everyone. I've made three complaints to the store but nobody is doing anything about it . I thought at first he was just having a bad day but his nasty behavior just continues. I went Saturday night because he was working mornings but no he was there. He literally snarled at me and rolled his eyes. I said sorry and started to laugh because it was just so obvious and blatant. Pulled in this morning and he was working so I just left. Kroger lost $30 in gas yet again.

They (people that own that plaza) should make family dollar move to a different spot in the plaza so Kroger can remodel and be bigger ?

Ghetto and stinky. They don’t carry anything but cheap and Kroger brand food, nothing decent. Cheap deli meat and processed food, veggies aren’t fresh. Store just sucks!

I love this place it’s a small Kroger but get what I need there. Except maybe train your baggers a bit better my chicken and toilet bowl cleaner shouldn’t be in the same bag because now my chicken is covered in cleaner and I can’t use it unfortunately and they don’t really do returns like that soooo yeah that’s about it otherwise everyone is super nice but baggers come on it’s common sense
