The gentleman went way above and beyond what any parts store would usually go. He could not sell me what I needed but did the leg worked and called around to get someone here that could! He sold me no parts and still gave the best customer service I've ever had.

Terrible experience the day after they released our Tahoe saying it was safe to drive the ball joint fell out if we were on the highway we all could have died and my 1 yr old baby. My husband also smashed his finger trying to fix their mistake. Kevin hung up on me when I asked him what he could do too fix the mistake acted like he did not care.
