“I always work with Beth Dumminger on auto loans. She is great. She took the hassle out of my last car buying experience by going direct with the dealer in Tennessee to take charge of little details. It was above and beyond, but she said it was her job. Also, Roger helped me refinance my house last fall at a great rate. The experience had a little hiccup because of a deed issue, but it was not his fault. He helped us work our way around the issue and made the ordeal a pleasant transaction. I have been with United (First Resource/Whirlpool) Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. Thank you for taking care of me!”

“Not to dismiss anyone's prior concerns, but I think that you will find going forward, That Ms Nanci Lyons, the new Stevensville, Michigan Fifth Third branch manager is very informative an a delight to work with. Personally I have found Fifth third to be a bank like none other. With more and more banks cutting staff and moving towards automation, instead of direct 1 on 1 human relations. Fith Third has been addressing customer concerns by adding staff. It's nice to see big business trying to do things that truly make a difference rather than following the more popular easy money trends. Understandably they face the same dilemma that most businesses are facing today with a lack of avaliable staffing. But what the heck! I give them two just for listening and not forcing me to deal with a scripted overseas support center that sends you to the next level up every time they run out of answers. Kudos to you Fifth Third and your staff!”

“My wife & I are from out of town, but we spend the summers in the StJo area. I have used the UFCU ATM there on a number of ocasions. Yesterday, we visited the ATM before the bank opened. We did all the necessary stuff, but in the end, we received no cash, and the ATM receit showed a withdrawal from our savings. At 9AM, I was there to explain my case, but the manager on duty explained that the bank had no management of the ATM, and I would have to call my bank to recover the cash - since we did not have an account with UFCU. I was obviously upset. However (long story short), the manager was correct. My bank took care of us. My apologies to the manager, who was calm and professional. As it turned out, no funds were transferred. If you use a bank credit or debit card at the ATM, make sure the cards are linked to your checking / and or / saving account. You can call your bank or credit card company to have this arranged.”
