Very sketchy storage area...no perimeter fence. Only few buildings have power n cameras. Place is ready n open for theft. Also many people hang out there at night late drinking smoking etc...not a safe place no wonder they force u to buy theft ins

They cancelled on us last minute the day of moving! Ridiculous! Had to reschedule to a different day. They then showed up late! Very unprofessional! They didn’t bring any moving boxes even though I specifically asked for them. When I called to complain I was told “ I don’t remember that conversation .” The keys didn’t work for the storage unit. More phone calls. We were told the locks stick. They sent maintenance out a different day and the key was the wrong one. They had to cut the lock. Please do not use this business. Nothing but a hassle from day 1!

We have used this company to store our RV and or motorhome for the past several years. The first facility that we used we stored our motorhome there and had a horrible rodent infestation they neither apologized nor tried to accommodate some type of ability to eliminate the rodents and gave us an opportunity to move the motorhome to a different location. We moved it to the Bridgman location next to Hardings in Bridgman on Shawnee Road and have stored it there for a couple of years recently about three weeks ago we discovered that someone had broken into the facility and stolen/cut off our Cadillac converter on our 2019 holiday rambler motorhome. The company although they say they have cameras refused to look at the cameras we’ve had to make a police report and luckily our insurance is covering it however they have failed to make any sort of apology nor are they doing anything to attempt to try to look at their cameras to find out who did this. This is extremely unacceptable unprofessional and poor business practice we will never recommend nor will he ever store any vehicle or any other type of materials at one of their storage facilities.

Bin Tris moved me from Lansing back to St. Joe. They provided excellent service, and the price was even better than 2 Men and a Truck. David and Telly were friendly, professional, and actually a lot of fun too! They were careful with my items and accommodated all my requests. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This company did a great job all through the process. Requesting a quote was fast and easy and pricing was very reasonable. We received several confirmation/reminder calls before moving day. The movers, David and Tommy, were prompt, friendly and efficient. Great experience!
