Only drop off only, you must go online to pay and label it yourself.
The workers in the store are supposed to help, but they don't know anything about the process. My recommendation is find another place to send packages.

Instead of delivering to the home they left packages in a common area that anyone could walk into and remove. This is unacceptable.
