I like how the employees offer us some extra nice stuff when we are there its the best place to go to especially when you suffer from a current financial issue.

I VOLUNTEER AT HCM AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. ALSO CLEAN AND PUT AWAY STUFF WHEN I GO THERE BESIDES VOLUNTEER.
THE LADY RED WHO IS RUDE AND LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING WANTS TO TALK ABOUT ME AFTER I HAVE VOLUNTEERED THERE ALOT ALOT LONGER THEN HER.
SHE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO GO.
ALOT OF PEOPLE WILL NOT COME IN WHEN SHE IS THERE.

Well I am sorry to say but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were on vacation and doing some shopping around and found this place online which looked to be a good place, but we quickly found that it wasn’t at all what we expected. When we walked in there were about 4 older men who were behind a counter who didn’t even acknowledge us when we talked to them and in-fact gave us a dirty look. The place was extremely dirty and smelled miserable! I wouldn’t waist your time going here… there are definitely other shops where you can find used goods at than this place!

If I only could give this place a -10 ,,,, haven’t had a table and chairs in over a year. Seen a table and chairs that worked perfectly for our family at HCM. Talked with the guy behind the counter that I need to go down the road and would return In 10 minutes .. he said no problem, it is yours “I promise “!!! I returned it was gone he sold it !!! He told me that his manager sold it to another person, and chuckled that “ can’t you find another one? When I confronted him about his promise he blankly looked right through me..just horrible worker and manager that is there….

A fantastic charity organization. While the place is generally extremely cluttered and it can be hard to find things, when you do, you can get fantastic deals.

I don't think they treat their female employees well. It's almost like every time I go there it's either two or three women working and a crowd of men standing around. I know some of those guys have to be employees right? It's trash and this is coming from a man.

This is an awesome shop! I believe all proceeds help people in need.It is run by volunteers.You never know what you'll find. It's worth a road trip if you are not local.

Great place to go. I recommend if you havent been to hcm. You are misding out on a lot of great things. The offer free clothing , free friday where everything on the outside is free there us no limit. If your in need they will help you. Im promise you if you go there you will never think of going back to goodwill again. Dave is awesome. The ladies that work and volunteer there is nice and helpful. Its the best place i ever been. I go there before i go to the store.

So not come here for help I'd you are truly homeless and wish to use the free clothes section. I sign out every single time like you're supposed to but the heavy set guy always screams at me to get back there and humiliated me like no other EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am struggling. There is no need for this. Do u know how expensive housing is alone? The county suggested this place to help me but like I said that heavy set man ALWAYS embarrasseds me like it's his life's mission. Please .. someone. Do something about him
