Well thank you so much Jeff's Towing. Tire blew on my Honda at Four Winds Casino. I told State Farm six times what time I would be at the car so I could have the car towed for a new tire, and you decided to call twice, two hours before when I said I would be there, you didn't wait and you canceled my order, left me stranded and had a teenager's attitude about it. First thing Monday, I am calling and complaining about you to State Farm.

We pulled up to dinner, got out of the car & and immediately realized that we locked her keys in the car. We called Jeff’s towing and recovery and before We were done with dinner they had come and got the job done. They were quick, pleasant, and reasonably priced.Service: Car lockouts

Tow truck driver arrived and did not have the correct truck to tow the car. HE SAID HE WOULD RETURN with a truck that could tow the vehicle and he never returned. I lost my early AM appointment with the mechanic. We were abandoned by Jeff’s towing and we felt betrayed by the driver who lied to us.Service: Car towing

They were prompt and professional. When you have auto insurance, they typically cover tows or reimburse for tows. I had some engine trouble so called my insurance who patches me through to Jeff's. I'm happy to support family owned!Service: Car towing
