“It was negative 10 degrees outside and I got a flat tire. I called around and Bryan’s Automotive answered and said come in and we will help you out. They stopped what they were working on to help me out as soon as I pulled in. They were sweet as can be and patched up my tire and checked all my other tires to make sure I could drive away safety (I had a 3 hour drive home). It was clear their top priority was me making it home safely. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I’m a little late on this review, but had an amazing experience with Horas, dropped my truck off, and it was finished within a week, they kept in touch throughout the whole process, had no problem showing me what was wrong including the burnt parts, and explained in detail what could have caused it to go out. They have a nice clean shop, and work on more than one vehicle at a time so they’re super efficient, the price wasn’t bad at all considering how fast the work was completed, along with some upgraded parts. “I thought I had a transmission problem. My mechanic sent me to Pro Transmission in BH. Brian had my vehicle checked out and found that the engine was misfiring and the issue was not the transmission. He did not charge me for checking out the vehicle. Thankfully he suggested I go back to mechanic (Rome’s) who figured out it was a bad coil.Brian was professional and HONEST and saved me thousands. I recommend this business!”

“Top not customer service, repair work and pricing. Jim the owner is remarkably fair and honest, easy to talk to and explains issues in an easy to understand manner. Ron the manager at the front desk has amazing customer service and is an all star. He recently came out in the freezing cold to do what I thought was going to be a super expensive repair on our windshield wipers and fixed the issue in minutes, tipped his hat and walked back inside…no charge. We’ve been taking our cars here for 7+ years and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thanks guys for all your help throughout the years!”

“Service that went above and beyond.Brendan and his staff have taken good care of my cars for many years and recently went above and beyond to get my problem resolved.I had to visit other shops for a popping sound in the passenger front area but they couldn't find the problem initially (Brendan is so busy that sometimes you can't get an appointment for many days). After mild worsening of the problem, I went back to that shop and they quoted a total service price of over 750.00 to replace a 530.00 part on the driver front side (btw, I found that authentic brand part online for less than half the price quoted). Because of the sides discrepancy and price, I decided to wait for my appointment at Autobahn where Brendan didn't think the quoted part needed replacement but he couldn't find/reproduce the popping noise. He called me to see if I could reproduce the noise on a short car ride and we did so he offered to lift the car back up for a second inspection. A couple of hours later I got a call from Autobahn that they did not find a specific problem, however, he thought a couple of things were not as tight as needed and he tightened them up free of charge! I also got an oil change and was on my way.Now one week later, the popping noise has not been heard again... great job!Many thanks to Brendan and his staff for your time, knowledge , and honest work ethic....most of all, thanks for continuing to take care of a long-time client.”
