We purchased a tv from Steve who was knowledgeable however, the service / installation person recommended (A1AV installation, Dan Parisien) could not even setup streaming. He knew nothing about Samsung tvās. Instead of setting up the Samsung software, he said āthey are only trying to sell you thingsā. If he knew anything he would have known you must use this and they are not trying to sell you anything! He charged $250 for installation which should have been a maximum. We paid for turnkey setup, we did not get that. DO NOT USE this company or person. We were severely disappointed. I gave 4 stars as Steve was good, but service wasnāt. Talk to Dan you will see what I mean.

Delivery and assembly resulted in damage to the sofa. Initial resolution efforts were unsatisfactory. However, Store Manager Kurt intervened, providing excellent service and effectively resolving the issue. His proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction have secured my continued business. Thank you, Kurt!

I purchased a GE Range. Shaun was our salesperson. He was knowledgable, courteous and made our purchase a pleasant experience. The delivery team, Devin and Ashton were over the top - bringing in our new appliance, setting it up and removing our old one. I will continue to shop at ABC.

First I want to say, sorry for the late review! Life got ahead of us. Kenneth Pellegata was our salesperson, and he was amazing, we had a terrible experience at another location and almost called it quits at ABC Warehouse but we figured we would try it one more time. Ken was such a wonderful person and a great salesman. He went above and beyond and was willing to ask for discounts and work with his boss to see if we could get items included with our purchase. ABC Warehouse is very blessed to have such a committed and hardworking individual working for them. We came in thinking of buying a bed frame and walked out buying a whole couch set and bed frame set. Thanks again Ken, and again sorry for the late review.

Recently we purchased a new TV from ABC in Brighton. They were all so kind. We purchased the TV from Steve who was very knowledgeable. He didnāt push us into anything, Just let us decide. He answered all our questions in detail. We did pick up the TV today. Steve was off today so Sean stepped up and helped me. He was so polite, funny, and helpful. I am not sure that is how he spells his name. We shop at ABC because we get the best price there.

I just bought a loveseat from ABC appliance in Brighton. My sales agent, Jeff, was very courteous. Not pushy, no one likes a hovering sales person. I'd give him a 5 star for salesmanship. I'd recommend anyone looking for furniture or appliances to pop in here and look around. It was a fluke I even went in there. I had no idea ABC sold furniture. 5 stars from me. Julie chapman

My visit to the Brighton, ABC Warehouse was excellent. Lamont was very patient with me. He was very knowledgeable and he gave me the best price on my dishwasher. I will definately recommend Lamont to my friends and family.
