Went there for post-mastectomy camisole. There was a glitch in that they were not in stock. Shan A took the situation in hand and managed to get me what I needed in time. Great service.

I was very happy with my service from Shan A at the Brighton location. First, they recommended a prescription from my doctor since what was I needed would be covered by insurance. Once I received that, another call to my doctors office was needed. She took care of everything and I so appreciated all the extra help. I would highly recommend AMS in the future

Amber is such a treasure. So very kind and knowledgeable. She was very helpful in getting me fitted with the correct braces that I needed for my carpal tunnel in both wrists. I only wish there were more like her in the world. Advanced Medical Solutions in Brighton, MI has always been the supplier of my medical apparatus. I am a nurse and work at the medical center in Brighton. When a patient has a need for medical supplies that is not so easy - those questions/needs answered immediately by Amber. She is awesome!

Amber is very good. However, she needs additional part time help in the store.When a retail outlet only sees customers by appt., the ownership is translating lack of staff to wasted customer time.
