“Location, Location! Located in beautifull small town Fenton on the river. Walk to shops, restaurants or around the river and stop for an ice cream. Or take a ride on the free Trolly that runs Thursday - Saturday 9:30am to 8:30pm with many stops. Holidays are always celebrated inside and outside of the Millpond. Wasn't sure I was ready to live in a senior community 5 years ago. Millpond Manor was and still is the best choice. Thank you to manager and maintenance!”

“Love living here! Clean, quiet and close to everything. Staff is friendly, quick with notifications regarding the property and maintenance. Phil makes sure anything needing maintenance is done right the first time, which is beyond appreciated!”

“Maintenance is quick and friendly, several issues were addressed quickly upon move-in. Got a great deal on a one-bedroom, and pet friendly. Landscaping is for the most part pretty well taken care of. Neighbors are quiet 95% of the time. Parking lot is well paved and illuminated, feels very safe to walk alone at night. Community pool is a huge plus, and cheap laundry service! Gorgeous bathroom and kitchen.

Minus one star for a lack of available covered parking spots (and a $40 fee to use them,) and a lack of a recycling dumpster.”

“Since I am unable to respond to previous reviews, I wanna start off by saying that Sarah and Rachel never yell at the children for playing. They have given me and my children a fair share of options to keeping the kids safe and protecting the children while they are outside playing as not everyone slows down for kids (this has nothing to do with Sarah and Rachel, they have tried everything!). They have come up with so many wonderful events that we love to attend and are respectful, kind, and enjoy having the children of the community come together. If anyone is yelling at kids, that’s gonna be JANICE not Sarah! I have been here 2 years and have zero complaints. It’s been wonderful here with so many children coming together and playing, even found a best friend! Management is great, the best managers I’ve had since living on my own. 10/10 would recommend!”
