The worst experience I've ever had in an AT&T store. The attendant, James, was extremely xenophobic, accusing my sister's passport of being fake and showed no willingness to help us. If you don't want to work, just stay home and don't make things worse for others

Phenominal Customer Service !!! The customer service rep and team were extemely helpful. I upgraded my phone and the Rep was patient to explain and all of my concerns were addressed, 100% satisfied and happy.

I would leave zero stars if possible. I traded in a phone in July 2023. David the sales associate turned around and canceled my shipping label after I left the store and traded my phone in for someone else. I spent MANY, MANY hours in store and on the phone with customer support just to be given the run around for 11 billing cycles. I was paying on a cell phone I was not supposed to be for 11 months, finally after receiving help from another store and associate my issue was resolved.... an issue that would never have happened if David would not have stole my phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR DEVICES!!!!

Switched to T-Mobile today after this truck was in my subdivision. The pandering is so disgusting. That said I must admit my Service is so much more Superior with T-Mobile. I am actually glad I was so offended because I have way better Services now so thank you for being a terrible service!!!!!!

Do NOT go here.They screwed me over big time. Did a trade in program for my phone to get $800 installment credit. Well according to AT&T:1. My device was not eligible for the full $800, gave them the physical phone to read the IMEI2. My phone plan, was not changed, and was on an older plan that wouldn't have been eligible.3. At the time I asked for the credit and such in writing, and I should have known something was up when they stated "We don't give that in writing, you need to wait for the next billing cycle"Literally just like the AT&T commercials complete bait and switch, ie. fraud.Spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone with AT&T, and still waiting to see if I am out $800. Yes, between this store and AT&T they lied... and its cost me $800.UPDATE: Sent email as requested in the owner reply. No response. (3+ weeks later still nothing)And this is not a CORPORATE store, they independent and just a reseller.
