I don't understand how this store has gotten a couple low scores. I've had nothing but pleasure coming here. Rob and the reps are very professional and knowledgeable. Customers can very mean if they don't get their way sometimes. Go to this store.

James A was so helpful getting me a new iphone. I told him my budget and my situation (the screen was shattered and stopped working) and he worked with me so I ended up getting a really good deal and paying less than I thought I would. I was nervous to get a new phone because I know it’s a big purchase and I have a lot of pictures and stuff saved, but he was able to help me transfer everything to my new phone and switched my plan so I end up paying less every month for a newer better phone so I’m so happy!! lol. highly recommend ^_^
