Switched to T-Mobile today after this truck was in my subdivision. The pandering is so disgusting. That's said I must admit my Sevice is so much more Superior with T-Mobile. I am actually glad I was so offended because I have way better Services now so thank you for being a terrible service!!!!!!

I went in and had was trying to lower my bill and Hunter helped me out and got me switched over and I love the coverage and his customer service was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Best customer service in the Howell/Brighton area. Timothy was especially helpful in getting an account issue resolved that the phone customer service could not do for months. Very competent and understanding of how to communicate to help solve issues for customers. Thank you.

Every time I get something done in the store like adding new service, I have to call into support and try to get things straight. Activation fees for example, I got charged an activation fee and missed on a line discount because I stopped by the store instead of getting the new line on the website. Agent in the store setup all lines with all features and I have to call and get them corrected. But I still have to pay for the days the lines were setup that way, until I called. Sales people, they get their commission this way. Could care less about what happens after you leave the store. Be aware because AT&T will not honor what these sales reps are saying in the store.

We have had the most fabulous helpful polite friendly amazing customer service on multiple occasions with CHRIS YATES. He has helped us through all kinds of complications with our late father’s accounts, with the utmost patience and clarity, going out of his way to explain and do as much as he could on his own in store. Every time he has “made our day”. He deserves every commendation from the company! Kudos also go to Timothy who was our first point of contact and was very kind and helpful.

I seriously appreciate the extra mile the employees here go to make sure I have everything I need when I come in. I'm a pretty tech savvy person but the young man who assisted me last week really impressed me with his expertise by answering questions about my new tablet I didn't even think to ask. I've been with AT&T for ages but I go out of my way to stop at this location.

I went in today with a mess of a request. I left Verizon after decades due to their lack of service. Chris helped me out and definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything went without a hitch! I had to move 4 phones with some unique issues with models and compatibility. At one point he was on two phones plus the computer. Glad he was there and had the knowledge to get me setup. Thanks Chris!
