I had a weird problem with my headlight that simply replacing the bulb wasn't fixing. Seth found a loose connection and popped a new one in. From finding my bulb, ringing me up and figuring out the problem it probably took a while 3 minutes. Excellent.

Every time Ive walked in I'm greeted and the guys are willing to help. Today I needed a new battery for my car key fob and they happily found the battery for my fob and even replaced it for me. Never disappointed going in there.

Came in to get a new battery and ended up with a brand new battery and having it installed. The staff was very intelligent and helpful. Roman took the time to install my battery and make sure everything was working, great man! Would recommend!

Normally I don't do reviews, but I can't in good conscious ignore what I witnessed today. I've gone to this AutoZone on multiple occasions but today is the last. The employees are pretty good and solid EXCEPT the manger who was on duty at the time. I watched one of the employees who I've seen a few times over the years, ask his manager if he would be willing to put in a battery for a customer (outside) since he forgot his coat (the temperatures being 10 degrees). What did the manager do? He totally berated this employee, making a huge unnecessary scene out of it, then proceeded not to care at all. The employee shrugged, and put the customer first by going out into the cold and help them install the battery. Sure, the employee was at fault for forgetting their coat but the unprofessionalism BY THE MANAGER in front of the customers in the lobby told me everything I needed to know about the manager at the time. Disgusted with this dude and will be avoiding this location like the plague. I think his name was John. Y'all can still go here, I wouldn't judge, but if you don't support this type of behavior, go to a different store.

Very helpful staff . Friendly knowledge staff . Helped me put in power steering fluid and checked my check engine light . Needed new gas cap helped me with that too. Thanks

12/03/2023 J Cotie at AutoZone gave us Very good service and helped us understand the reason why our engine light is on. He is very knowledgeable and gives very good service! AutoZone in Brighton MI is the best auto parts store around. My Husband seems to find everything he needs here for our vehicle. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I visited this location at 1023 Grand River to purchase some coolant for my vehicle. I was not knowledgeable of the brand needed John D the assistant store manager assisted me and went above and beyond to make sure it was put in correctly. He was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!… I highly recommend him if you visit this store.
