I will be honest, I hate shopping in places like this and more often than not will do a pick up order. This trip I had to go in and in spite of holiday rush I was helped almost immediately, they saved me money by pointing out a gift set and the checkout was super fast even though there was a line. I was really impressed.

I have to say that I have never received such amazing service. Sheila, in Dior is amazing! Sheila was extremely knowledgeable about skincare and I felt like she genuinely cared about my skincare needs. Sheila exuberates passion and is extremely professional. I highly recommend that everyone take their concerns to Sheila. She has definitely gained a lifetime customer!

Fatima is EXTREMELY professional. She went step by step applying the makeup and educated me on the makeup and application she was using. HOWEVER, the manager kept pacing around making it extremely uncomfortable. It was to the point of racially profiling me.

Not a pleasant customer service experience today at the Salon. I arrived and no one was near the desk to check me, so as not be rude and stare at those getting services, I wander around for a bit and see I got a miss call about 10 minutes after my appointment time, I go to the desk with another associate the girl who was assigned for my services was rude, denied that no one was at the counter, in front of the associate like I was lying, and then was only willing to do one of my services and didn’t even bother to ask me which one I would want, just got pushy and said cut only. After seeing her attitude and her insinuating I lied, I said if you can’t give me both the services your online system let me book, then cancel. She told I could if I wanted to but after her attitude and the fact that neither the stylist or associate offered to make any kind of adjustment or offer a discount for the inconvenience I won’t be back. I can easily go to Sephora and continue to see my normal stylist. Additionally another associate working in the Estée Lauder area told me I was wrong when I said a product they were recommending to me by made my skin dry. I think I know my skin better than her. Very disappointing and unwelcoming experience.

Highly recommend Stylist Sydney, ,she did a fabulous haircut from an unruly mess of curls. She is also very nice and down to earth and enjoyed talking with her while she worked her magic! Thank you Sydney!

Poor customer service by both Jordan and manager. An item was marked on clearance. I physically walked Jordan to see that the RED clearance sign was for the product I was purchasing, after she snickered about it she pulled the red tag off and said she would give it to me for the listed clearance price, after she rang it up I asked her did you give me the marked down price in which she replied yes, when I got home I checked my email receipt and she did not give me the red sticker price. Called the store to dispute and spoke with the manager who seemed rather confused on what I was explaining happened. We ended the call both annoyed, I should be the only one annoyed NOT the workers... remember the customer is always right, customer service 101, so I called corporate sorry not sorry!
Floor personnel in make up area kind and helpful maybe put them on the registers or promote to management.

I got my hair and makeup down for my son's wedding. Ashley, who curled my hair was sweet and did a great job. Good customer service and made the experience very comfortable for me. Ash, who did my makeup was fantastic. Was always asking my input. Received several compliments at the wedding on both my hair and make up. I was very happy with both Ashley's work and customer service. I was very relaxed when I left.

Went and saw Ash at the salon. I typically saw Christine in the past, but she was unavailable. Ash listened to what I wanted, which is typically hard for some stylist to understand because it's basically a long layered hair cut mixed with a "shag" cut and very texturized. She gave me a deep conditioning treatment and really took her time with my hair to make sure it was what I wanted. My only complaint is that the length wasn't as preserved as we initially spoke about. However, the "shag" is exactly what I wanted, and so is my textured face frame and bangs.
She also told me they do "bang cuts" for around $10, which I did not know, and that's a lifesaver for me! She's great at bangs, especially if you want those "money pieces" left out. I go years between cuts, but I'll definitely be in for some bang and face frame touch-ups with her.
