I don't think Dr. Watkins would like to see how they treat her star patients. Dr's are condescending especially when they are wrong.

Dr. Jessica Richter (& staff) were very compassionate w/ us & our pet. It was an end of life visit. Our first time at this vet. We were able to go in separate entrance & take our time w/ our beloved Remington. Forever grateful for her kindness and patience. Thank you

We first took our Grayhound.. when no buddy would get him in on short notice when he was in big pain... Unfortunately he was diagnosed with bone cancer in his back left leg was really bad.. today we took our brand new golden retriever Lucy for her first visit... They are very nice and humane with killer our Greyhound and we're glad to have them in the neighborhood for our new dog Lucy

This hospital got us in right away, as a new patient, when they didn't have any openings. They let us drop off our very sick dog to get some immediate help. Not only was the Dr. (Lee I believe) so great, but I can't speak highly enough of Christine at the front desk. Now a days, unfortunately, you go to a medical facility, human or animal, and the front desk staff is awful. Doesn't want to be there, rude, just unhappy. Christine was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she was honestly one of the greatest front desk staff members I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was SO kind and caring and PATIENT with us (and the 704 times we ended up having to call). Thank you VCA Brighton and THANK YOU CHRISTINE! You guys have one of the good ones!!

Staff are great and accommodating. Have taken my cats and dog there for years! My daughter had an emergency with her puppy after a botched spay surgery at a different facility and they got her in immediately and took care of her. Couldn't be happier with this place!

We recently moved from out of state and had an emergency situation with one of our dogs. I was able to secure a next day appt and the staff was incredibly kind and empathetic. Dr. Lee was forthcoming with Stella’s diagnosis and eased our minds in agreement that “it was time”

This is a great place! My dog Scout gets really anxious about anything having to do with the Vet and they took such great care of him. So patient too. They had to get blood and despite my Scout being a wiggle worm and multiple attempts, Dr. Balavitch was awesome and took care of him. Thank you!

This vet is above and beyond amazing, my dog is a care club member and they are always so amazing with her, we had to put my brothers dog down and no where would let him in with his dog but this vet did and they did everything they could to make us all comfortable with the situation. Absolutely amazing staff very kind and caring.
