Just leased a 2026 Explorer and I love it! Had a great experience with Brighton Ford. Everyone was very friendly! Aly was patient and down to earth - didn't make me feel bad for asking questions or rushed into making a decision. They really wanted me to find something I loved and that made sense for me and my lifestyle!

I swore to myself many years ago that I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership after being disrespected by their salesman. Fast forward to now and I thought maybe things had changed. They have not, the vehicle was purchased and a plate was transferred only to be transferred back to our lease turn in that resulted in our new car to be driven for weeks with an improperly registered plate. This only became evident when the registration was mailed to us. After reaching out to the dealership about the issue I was told that I wasn’t right and the plate was correct. After I showed proof then it was finally corrected. The sales people will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the deal done. I should have never went back here but based on what they “do” for the community (sponsoring events) I assumed the dealership had changed, they haven’t. They are plenty of other Ford dealerships, go somewhere else. Please, let my mistake be a warning to you.

No pressure, straight forward and helpful. Thankful they sent undercarriage pictures right away when I asked and the vehicle was as described. I live 2 hrs from this dealership and was glad I did business with them. Good people!

Amazing people. I had an order in with another dealer for over a month and got nothing. I found Scott Pratt on a Facebook group and he told me he could get what I was looking for with no issue. He was a man of his word in 34 days he had the truck I wanted ready for pick up. Highly recommend these people they are amazing to deal with.

I had a loan on my truck. Brighton Ford went above and beyond to help me get out of the loan on the 2014 truck and put me in a 2024 Ford escape with payments that where very reasonable. Excellent customer service. When you go to visit, Ask for Mary Jo Nagel she is awesome and will go above and beyond to put you in the car of your dreams.

Went here for service. Just ok. Hard to get through on the phone. Pretty unfriendly compared to other dealers I’ve been to. Paid to have a fob programmed and key cut. They programmed the fob but didn’t cut the key.

First time buying a vehicle here. Things went well. Only delay seemed to be the lead time on the box and installation. Unfortunately, when the truck was delivered it didn’t have the tape installed that is required for these vehicles, which was disappointing that the box company, and the dealer both overlooked this.

This is the 4th car i have gotten through Troy! I live almost an hour away and will happily make the drive anytime! Troy is amazing and hands down the nicest person ive ever met. I tell him what im looking for and the price range and he pulls multiple cars with payments broken down for each, and is always upfront and honest with everything! Hes my car guy until the day i die ? Thanks again Troy!!!

These guys are fantastic. Twice we've had to buy a vehicle under duress and twice they came through with the exact car we wanted. We did not compromise at all. Both times we had our car the next day. Amazing.
