The best used car buying experience! No pressure to buy at all and very friendly people! Troy Hill was very easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the paperwork and the small things they were doing to the car before I took it home! Would easily buy from them again!

After talking to three people in the used car department and letting them know that I would be driving over an hour one way to get there and wanted to know whether it would be worth my time, not to mention gas, I was informed that the vehicle was worth it. When arrived and went to take it for a drive, as soon as I started it the exhaust was loud. They told me that they drove it and it drove fine for a vehicle with it's milage and year.t It smelled like antifreeze was leaking. I understand that it would be bought as is. That was the purpose for my calling. Thanks for wasting over 2 1/2 hours of my time and gas for 160 miles. They don't care about anything but trying to make a sale.

I located a dark horse at this dealership. Talked to salesman and It was available. I submitted a application. I was then told by John Cuetel they would not sell it to me because I owned a dealership. I amA ford fan and wanted a dark horse for my personal collection. I gave them proof that my intent was to keep it. I was financing through ford where I had my last gt500 for two years and this was its replacement. I just feel like I was discriminated against and I was excited to get the car.

If you want a great salesperson ask for Michael Bellant. Helped me get out of an f150 that had a couple of issues and buy a new one. He was unbelievable and made my purchase quick without any pressure. Service department was wonderful and a big thank you to Caleb. Great dealership! Thank you again Michael.

My experience with them was EXCELLENT! kaelyn was great! Very informative! Unfortunately we weren’t able to make a sale together due to pricing issues, however that doesn’t mean I wasn’t getting a bad deal by no means it was a great deal! Just couldn’t afford the payments at this time.? but all in all great sales person! Would refer Brighton ford for sure!

Body shop took over one month to complete one week's worth of repair. I called for status twice only to be told that they were on hold because 1) forgot to order a part and 2) waiting on paint. They scheduled the drop off date so they can't use the excuse that they were too busy. And they quoted the work and inspected the vehicle before drop off so they can't use the excuse that they didn't know what parts and paint to order.Do NOT recommend.

Top notch Ford dealer. We’ve bought 3 cars from them, sales people are fantastic and always helpful. Service department is great. They greet you as soon as you step out of the car so you don’t have to figure out who to talk to or what to do. Best Ford dealer in Michigan based on my experience.

Purchased F150 in Fall 2021 and were pleased with the vehicle, however, follow up service with the vehicle at the dealership has been poor. The tread on the truck tires is already worn out after only 35k miles and they need to be replaced. Technician at dealership was not helpful or knowledgeable. Would not recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle at Brighton Ford.

Just picked up a new 2023 Ford Explorer from Brighton Ford and as usual they are top notch in handling every aspect of processing order, keeping me informed of the status during the build right up through to delivery. Have purchased many vehicles from Brighton Ford and have never been disappointed.Nick Riashi my salesman is the best and if are ever in need of a new vehicle I highly recommend calling him.

We bought a used 2021 EDGE a few months back. We Love the car but when we 1st got it we had a few issues that required service. Any time we had an issue the used car manager Troy Hill is always so helpful. He gave me his own car to drive twice while my car was in service. And today my car is in service again, and again Troy is being amazing and extremely helpful. If you are looking to buy a used vehicle in the Brighton area I highly recommend Troy and his used car team at Brighton Ford. Thank You so much Troy! You do not realize how much we appreciate your help. Our next vehicle purchase will definitely be from here as well.
