I have been having my Honda Element serviced at Serra Brighton Honda since I purchased it from them in 2003 ?!!I have on occasion gotten quotes from other service providers but always come back to Brighton Honda and my AMAZING service person ROB GOULD and get superior service ! Not only has Rob kept my Element on the road safely for 20 years - but they care about their customers and go the extra mile always ! Plus Rob and the entire service department love my dog ?❤️

Excellent!!!Rob explains all repair options to you discussing pros / cons to help the customer make a decision. There is a dealership closer to my home but I travel 10 minutes further on purpose because I know Rob is there. Rob is top notch.

We purchased our 2015 Fit here brand new and have driven it less than 24k miles since then. Recently, the car would turn on but not turn over and start. They told us to have it towed in. They claimed my battery needed to be replaced. When I came to pick up it still wouldn't start. They then said their (new) battery needed to be charged. Still no start. Now they decided it needed a new starter. Because the gas gauge was apparently faulty they replaced they instrument cluster. More than $2500 a week later I got my car back. Something not adding up here.I would like to thank Jason and Rich at Serra for following up with our concern and making us feel better about what transpired. They listened and responded appropriately. upgrading our review to 5 stars. Thanks again!

Don't get maintenance done here. First 2 years/24k miles on my Ridgeline was supposed to get free oil changes and tire rotation. My first maintenance service was free. included free oil change, they added oil additive and fuel additive as well as the tire rotation no cost out the door. Today I was in for 2nd service, was told oil and rotation would be covered like last time but additives and other required services are not. I brought up the additives were covered last time and he said oh yeah I'll get a credit for those and you won't get charged..OK fine. Well after my b16 service they charged me for said additives AND labor for the oil change in addition to required services. The labor for the oil change and additives should have been free but I was charged. I agree that I owe for all labor and parts unrelated to the engine oil change but why am I now being charged for things that were free first maintenance service? Other then that everyone is decently nice and got the job done quickly.

Bought a 2016 Honda at lease end for my daughter from this location - sales was fine at the time (nothing spectacular), but service department lackluster throughout - specifically in how poorly they handled an issue with her AC system. Fast forward to 2023 - checked out a used truck with a few hits on Carfax (cosmetic work), and the salesperson allowed me to test drive a vehicle that was not only filthy, but WREAKED of a wet dog. I got past the smell and presentation as I wanted to want the truck, but just too much to get past. Kind follow up by one of the managers, but ultimately passed as they refused to budge at all on their advertised price. Biggest issue is their service department which is -1 star - sales department is average, but if you're looking for a cheap NEW vehicle you shouldn't experience the problems I did on a used-car hunt.

I had a very negative experience trying to get repair work done. My parts never came in, I couldn't get through to anyone and messages went unanswered, However, once he was aware of the issue, the owner, Jason, worked tirelessly to rectify the problem. He made sure my parts were ordered, got me in on my day off and had someone pick up my car. He communicated with me clearly. They also figured out what was happening with the phone system to try to prevent problems in the future.

The Sales guy was enthusiastic and excited with the prospect of customer, however that did not deter him from putting about $1500 of dealer markups or 'Market Adjustment' on Civic. I would defiantly not call this a pleasant experience.Ended up buying the car from other dealership in Farmington Hills that did not have any markups AND gave me a discount on MSRP! DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Lackluster experience from sales. Could not confirm or deny that a markup was being put on a Type R. When asked on the one currently showing on their website was met with no response back. Only reason it's not a 1 star was from the initial communication with their online person and her responsiveness.Do a better job with transparency!Edit: Hey Jason! What happened to we don't markup our vehicles?! 3k over for the Type R you just had.What a liar!! Changed to 1 star

I'll start by saying the pricing of everything was up front, the sales I was working with was fine. But I don't like the experience of being pit against another customer basically to race to get the car. I've worked with other dealer in the area before for special model where they are flexible in trying to work with your timing. I've explained my circumstances but and basically being forced to commit to complete all the financing on the spot or I lose my chance to buy the car, while the whole reason I was in that position in the first place was they did not explain what their final position was while my other options are available.Was not a pleasant experience. Sure the price was probably the best I can find for this vehicle locally, it was not how I'd like to be treated as a customer.

I wish I could give Serra Honda Brighton ten stars! From the sales to the service departments, this dealership is the best!Morgan made my recent car buying experience so enjoyable! She answered all my questions and made sure I drove off happy!The Finance Manager, Tyler, made all the paperwork a breeze!My family and I have taken all our vehicles to Honda for service as well. Rich and the service gang made sure everything was fixed adequately and efficiently!Don't sleep on Serra Honda! They are truly amazing and I couldn't be happier with all of my experiences here!

I'm new to the area and had to find a new Honda dealership. I took my 2020 Accord in for an oil change and the service writer ask me why I am bringing this in because I am really early for my oil change. Apparently lafontain was telling me to change my oil early. They could have easily taken my money but they didn't. I'm glad there are still decent people in the car world. You guys gained a new customer and maybe my wife as well

Everything about this place was amazing from the people and atmosphere to the vehicles. Darryl and Tyler were nice, listen and not pushy at all. They got me in a car that was perfect for me, at a rate I can afford and I drove it off the lot that day. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.
