Jade and Tristan at the service desk were particularly outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

BK was my sales agent, he was just amazing
Answered all my questions patiently made sure We were 100% satisfied.
Every other staff were polite!!

100/10 - My first time at the dealership, but I will be back.
Got a new Mazda from a third party on 12/30/24. Realized it didn’t have Apple CarPlay functionality. Went online scheduled service for 1/2/25. I got there a few minutes late, but Carissa welcomed me into the service area with open arms.
She asked questions to make sure my expectations for the service, timeline, and quote were in-line with what needed to be performed. Because I didn’t speak to someone and did it all online, Carissa had to confirm that the parts were there, but she directed me to the waiting room.
Lucky me, they were in stock. While I waited, I had some good coffee and got some work done. When it was finished, I got a text demonstrating a video of how to use the new tech from the service member. Carissa came and got me and the total cost was on the lower end of the quote range. I even got a free complimentary car wash, which I’m hoping will last in this Michigan winter.
While I didn’t get an opportunity to meet the service member, I appreciated the state I got my car back and the interaction couldn’t have been better.

We have had exceptional treatment from day 1. Our sales process was easy and the salesman (Bobby) was amazing. Had a simple oil change and tire rotation today. Service department (Jade) was friendly, courteous and very helpful! A++ all around!
