Manager was not helpful and rude. Was told to drop keys through the drop box and was charged an extra day afterwards. Employees do not want to work. Terrible service

Everytime I rent a car I have great experiences with budget car rental. Care are well price and if you go online you can get a 35 percent off normal rates.

We had a terrible experience with budget in Brighton. It took 4 trips to finally get a truck similar to what we rented. We were told that the truck would finally be ready for us and when my husband arrived it was still being cleaned. He had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready on his 4th trip. We will not be using this company again.

Horrible customer service if you have an issue. I was on hold forever then they told me they couldn't handle my issue and I had to go online. Went online, couldn't find my location in the search and it said "If your location does not pop up, click here". Clicked on that , got another phone number. Called, on hold forever, got the, "We can't help you call this number". Called the number twice and no one ever answered. Wrote to them online, the response was to do everything that I had already told them that I had tried without success. CIRCLES, CIRLCES, CIRCLES.

This was a fantastic place to rent a car! I rented a car for a week to go to North Carolina. Sam made it incredibly easy and we were in an out with a vehicle in less than 10 minutes. I can’t say enough about the reasonable price and friendly staff. The car was already clean but they freshened it up while I waited.I will definitely rent from Avis budget in Brighton again!

Nice young lady at the desk.My car was in repair shop...I needed a rental.The repair shop expedited repair so I didn't haveto pay extra $ for rental.I used the rental for 1 1/2 days.My husky was in the car was one trip to the vet.There was some fur and a few foot prints onthe back seat. Nothing major!!!I did not realize that you haveto bring rental cars back spotless (even though itwas not clean when I picked it up!!!)The guy who is either the manager or franchise owner,charged me $100.00 for a ten minute job. My bad fornot taking the few minutes to clean it!NEVER said anything when I picked it up or returned it!He could have told me the cost. I had a 1/2 day left.I would have done it!It's Christmas...where is this guy's heart!Thanks for what I thing is not best practices!No wonder this place has so few rentals..(shared by a car repair shop in Brighton.)DO NOT support this business!Use Enterprise! They pick up up anddrop you off too.

Made reservation online and prepaid for rental. Price was lower than other rental companies I checked online. Service was quick and curteous. Car was clean. We would rent from them in the future.

Highly DON’T recommend this place. Sent me in circles today. They don’t follow any of Covid rules at all!! The guy didn’t have a mask on and didn’t follow the 6ft. Don’t waste your time. Save your time and call the Ann Arbor place or go there. This place needs new employees who actually know what they’re doing and know the business. Very disappointed...

Would give 0 stars if I could. We prepaid almost $1,000 for a rental and it wasn’t here for us. The owner was extremely rude and started belittling me by calling me “honey baby sweetie” and when I told him not to speak to me like that, he told me he wouldn’t honor our reservation or refund our money. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.
