WARNING!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY WARRANTY WORK!! We took our Jeep to this dealership for engine work and it was a complete nightmare. We have a lifetime powertrain warranty on our 2008 Jeep Commander. This warranty has an unlimited life, dollar, and mileage as long as you take your vehicle in for five-year inspections. Although the Jeep was purchased in 2009, we have been vigilant about keeping up with the five-year inspections to keep the warranty in place. The dealership told us that our Jeep needed a new engine that the cost of the repairs exceeded the value of the car and that the warranty would not cover it. The dealership proceeded to advise that because of this, the only option available to us was a buyout. We were also told by the dealership that they had been in communication with the area warranty manager for Chrysler and the best they could do is $2500. The dealership forwarded us paperwork to sign to agree to the buyout. The paperwork forwarded was to void our powertrain warranty and because we were told by the dealership and the area manager that was our only option, we signed. Oddly enough, within the same week, my brother who also purchased a Jeep around the same time, with the same warrant, had a cracked block. Chrysler completely covered the 10K repair. Because my issue was similar, I contacted the dealership back and spoke to the service manager. I was told there is no way this is correct and we had already accepted the buyout. I stayed on Chrysler and finally was able to reach the district manager who pulled the area manager on a conference call. I was told by both that they have already had numerous conversations with this dealership regarding warranty work. After my conference call with the district manager, my powertrain warranty was reinstated and my car was taken to Szott (where we received excellent service). Chrysler approved all repairs and installed my new engine with an estimate of $10,000. The powertrain warranty covered the new engine and everything else included for $0 out of pocket from me. I would say, what this dealership did was commit fraud. They did not care or take the time to look into and/or honor our warranty. I am sure there were many, many other people that this dealership has screwed out of their warranties. I have made numerous calls to the general manager and service manager calls were never returned. Chrysler also called and the dealership never returned any calls. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE CROOKS! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY WORK! RUN DON'T WALK TO ANY OTHER JEEP DEALERSHIP.

Horrible customer service. Took my vehicle in for a warranty recall and asked for a quote for my running light bulb. dealer advised $380 dollars to repair bulb. I got my vehicle back and there was lighting mechanism. Dealer said it was not there when I came in although I showed service rep what bulb needed replaced. Service manager even defended their stance and was not willing to make it right. after further crawling under my truck the lighting mechanism was dangling under the truck. obviously they don't put it back in. poor poor service. go elsewhere.

I was going to buy a car and they have been lying to my face and are not willing to work with me. They said over the phone they can negotiate, but then told me they couldn't. Awful service and a bunch of liars.

They have very poor communication, and ain't accountable for anything. I took my Jeep in just an oil change. They wanted to rotate the tires I said no. They did it anyways and now the Jeep vibrates in the stirring wheel as I drive down the road. I will be taking back to complain no looking for the argument from it. Simply put they suck.

I'm in the market for a truck. They have 2 that i like. Glad I came to see the reviews. I'm leaving this one just so they know they are losing money because reviews do help people and they do help dealers. In this case is helping them lose 1 truck sale.

Several attempts to get my car fixed correctly; told the "Warranty items" are not covered when they are clearly on my listed warranty items. Repairs not fixed properly and always told my car is ready at end of business day so I have to bring it back on a different day. Still trying to get a proper fix to an issue from June and it's now Mid August ( two months without a car). Diagnosing issues and the repairs are not what I would consider a Dealership quality! It's lies after lies and if that's what your looking forward to from a car dealership then buy from this one. I did unfortunately and I am out of a car for however long they make me wait... that's what their warranty gets you.

We drove an hour to the Champion dealership to buy a Challenger. A young man came out to the lot to help us. We asked him a couple of questions. Well, he answered us like we were stupid. He actually told us if we had read the small print of an ad we would have known the answers to our questions. Very disrespectful. I immediately got out my cell phone and called Randy Wise in Durand. Jamie answered the phone and answered my questions happily. We told the guy we were leaving the Champion lot and going to Randy Wise. Jamie sold two cars because she was respectful and helpful.

I was charged $650 to replace my battery on 2017 Dodge Journey. I bought the car used 2 mo. ago at Championship Chevrolet in Howell. I had the battery removed , went elsewhere and was charged $904 for a new battery, belt and alternator. I had already paid $45 for an oil change a few weeks after purchase. I was told to have Champion Chevrolet foot the bill as they sold me a faulty vehicle. When I went to pick up the car, the battery was dead. No seats to wait. I'm 74. Had to have it towed out of there.

I am newly retired and needed something under $10k that I could finance for just a few months. I first spoke with Matteah, who frankly should be a sales person. She put me in touch with Nolan and Jamme who worked magic with my horrible credit. But Kayla Ferguson... This young lady has the personality and drive to be a major player in sales. She's not a sales person. She's a person who sells. First thing she sells you? A smile. Whether on the phone, in email, or in person, Kayla's smiling and very positive. She went outside in the snow to make a video of my car and sent additional pics of it as well. Kayla was beyond patient as the insurance company took forever to issue my policy. When all was said and done, Kayla asked me if I was happy. Even if I hadn't been up to that point, I would have been then, because it shows she cares. Oh yes. I bought the car!!

I cannot believe the service I just received from this company. I was interested in a vehicle. I couldn't wait for them to open. I called early this morning to inquire about a Pacifica.. The Sales lady (Kayla )informed me that unfortunately it I could not be sold because they had not received the title. It was a lease and it hadn't been serviced yet. I I fell in love with it and asked her. Could I leave a deposit until I came to see it today she informed me that I could not leave a deposit online or come in to leave a deposit due to they have not received the title. I informed her my husband and I would gladly come out and take a look it if that was possible. she then told me she spoke with her manager, and that would be no problem. I expressed to her that I wanted that vehicle, and when it was Ready let me know what I have to do.. my husband and I had appointment later to go out and check it out. My and communicated with her several times. I just received a text from her indicating it was sold.. I am so Upset. Poor Customer Service! Obviously she doesn't know her job because I knew it could be sold. I would've been there this Morning! her, not knowing her job cost me a vehicle the color, the interior.....

I had an absolutely miserable time visiting this dealership. I went there based on what the vehicle was listed online for. When I got there the sticker price in the window was $2500 more than it was online. If you're going there, you better make sure you look up the vehicle online because the prices do very. After I looked at the vehicle, I decided to make an offer. I carried in cash. The sales person took my offer to a manager. Manager decided to yell across the room that the $33,000 offer ahead wasn't enough. I am very glad he informed everybody inside this dealership that I had $33,000 cash on me. I had a representative called me about my experience. I had a miserable experience and I explained I had a miserable experience. I informed them that I've never be back. I had a sales manager call me and I did ask him if I could speak to the owner ab my experience and I was denied that option. Given the fact that they have a two star review on a five before I'm leaving my review tells me all I need to know about this place. I only wish I would've checked the reviews before I actually went there.

Salesman was a shister tried to scam me out of my lease vehicle. basically was not taking no for an answer when I told him I would just keep my lease vehicle, tried selling me a used car with 127000 miles on it instead of me just keep my vehicle with 34000. Then he said a new vehicle would be 600-700 per month I said I am not buying a Lamborghini, he brought in the manager to close the deal on me I was having no part of that. just give me my keys so I can go I said three times! Oh and he lied about my lease payoff price, I called before I went there he told me a higher price of payoff so it made it seem like he was doing me a favor to take the lease off my hands.

Tried to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership and had the "displeasure" of dealing with a specific salesman named David. He is the classic definition of shady car salesman. Everytime I spoke to him, he sounded like a recorded message and rambled on and on. He gave me a quote with all kinds of added "extra"fees and blamed the company for adding them when he tried to bury them in the total without a clear description of what they were for. I went to another dealership (same company) and saved $1000. Such a shame that he thought he could scam me out of that kind of money and blamed it on the very company that he works for. So glad I outsmarted him from his own game. He lost a sale!

No accountability for mistakes, Terrible communication, and lousy service. The atmosphere / attitude they give is that... They're right, you're wrong, you don't know anything about your own car. Recently had to go through their body shop. I chose this location because it is close to my work. That was a mistake. I wish I went 40mins away to the guys I know that'll actually fix my car. I'm certain and wouldn't be surprised if a note was put on my account calling me a "Male Karen" or something. I had to call sooo many times to have them actually start providing updates... The country is experiencing supply issues? It's going to take months and months for a simple part replacement? I'm cool with that, I understand, but you have to tell me that and communicate that. I would call and leave a voice mail for Ken Scott, and never hear back, I'd wait more than a week before calling back to get an update. It's a lousy feeling to not know anything about when your car if going to be fixed. It makes me feel like an idiot when people ask "oh how's your car coming along?" And all I can say is "I don't know, I haven't heard anything, I called this guy and still haven't heard anything". On top of which it turns me into that person that's always calling and always bothering them, they hurry up and do a half assed job and hand me my car back with incorrect parts... They didn't even take accountability, now I'm going to be out of pocket more money taking it elsewhere to fix their mistakes. I'm sure if I called and talk to someone in charge that my car would be fixed the way it should've been in the first place. But the last time I tried to call and talk to a supervisor, the person wanted to put me back in touch with that Ken Scott guy that doesn't return calls... So I give up. You win. I'm left feeling like a chump that got played and I will have to spend more money, but it'll be elsewhere! Don't go here!

We had a truck in for service and when we got it back the floor mats were missing. The only ones with keys to the vehicle were the dealership and us. I couldn't imagine that the dealership would steal floor mats. Since, I have learned that a common occurrence is to take floor mats from one used vehicle to put into a used vehicle they are selling that came in without floor mats. That would be done with permission from the manager and between used cats on their own lot! Our care was still privately owned by us. We were selling it used from their lot to a private buyer. They had no right to nor permission to remove the floor mats. I couldn't recommend this place any less. Not trustworthy.
