Everyone here is really nice! 10/10 recommend. It's A LOT better than the poor customer service one that I live closer to (New Hudson) so I definitely don't mind driving to Brighton! Definitely worth going to.

I made an appointment with the branch manager on Thursday for a Saturday appoint. On Friday, Tim who we were meeting with at 12:30 called to confirm the appointment to make sure we were going to show up and that's on top of 2 emails from Chase to confirm. We showed up on time and after 15 minutes in the lobby Tim was finally done with his last appointment. He took the people in front of us and said sorry I am backed up. No phone calls or emails to say he is running late and no branch manager to talk to. Closing our account..

Terrible bank, this has been the worst bank I have dealt with.Wouldn’t cash a savings bond for me with a checking account. It’s a joke, literally the worst bank I’ve ever used.Scammers

Been to several Chase Banks but the Brighton Branch stands alone in customer service satisfaction. A big shout out to LaChelle J Patail for helping me when I thought no one could. And to the other team members (Jamie I think) for being so generous and supportive.

Terrible service with claims. I had multiple unauthorized transactions from a store and I disputed the charges. Took a bit, but I was originally sent a letter stating that my claim was valid and the charges were indeed not authorized by me. The next day I was sent another letter saying that the transactions were authorized and that the credit to my account is going to be reversed. Absolutely crazy. Goes to show you how secure your money is with this bank.

They remove one of their ATMs to leave one that's broke and can't even except deposits. I highly doubt Chase will reimburse me for my gas considering how far away the next chase is. What a joke of they left the other one they wouldn't have this problem. Seems a bad decision on management's part so maybe they need a new bank manager. When I asked when it would be fixed I got a very rude "do I look like the repair person" this branch will lose chase customers.

These clowns are jacking us around on funds from the sale of our house. The check cleared the bank that issued the funds over a week ago and Chase keeps lying to us that they don't have the funds yet. Then they told us it would be here by Friday morning and they are STILL giving us the runaround. The other 2 parties involved got their funds within 2 days after cashing their checks but Chase has been holding our funds for over a week now. Simply put, these people are not being honest and their customer service in trying to get this resolved is awful. Would I recommend Chase bank.....absolutely.......as a bank you should definitely AVOID!!!!!!!

Their ATM is broken, with no sign to warn customers, and the machine held my card hostage for close to 10 minutes before it would release. Totally worthless experience.

Needed a cashiers check. Had to provide 5 pieces of I’d. 45 minutes later they said I had to wait a week to make the withdrawal. Drove to another nearby branch and got the cashier’s check in 5 minutes using just my driver license.

They removed one of their atm machines, and the remaining atm machine is broken and will not read checks. This is unfortunate.
