Mobile orders are never on time. Tonight was the last draw… waited 40 minutes after my pick up time and no apology or anything! On top of that, the rice was undercooked! Trash cans are always over flowing, tables are always dirty. Clearly they are under staffed

It's now the 3rd time in 6 month that I have tried this location and end up disappointed for a 3rd time.NEVER do they have queso, or fajita veggies. The restaurant inside is a disaster (dirty and messy). I have tried ordering online, ordering take out and dine in and the poor experience has been consistent.Seems like the issue comes straight out of corporate and/or management.While I would always prefer Chipotle over Quedoba, I always have a great experience at the Quedoba that is just downs the street.I hope there is someone from upper leadership looking at all these reviews, because this restaurant is giving your company a bad name.

Like a lot of people said, I’m not one to write a review but this place needs an intervention. We’ve given this place multiple chances over the past few months and the problems are always the same. Every bad review on here is predictable because nothing changes.The place is absolutely filthy, they never have fajita veggies, or ice, or lids or straws, or forks or at least one key element of you know…restaurant service. Today they hit a new low however where they were lacking everything. No ice, no lemonade, no chicken, no barbacoa , no fajita veggies and NO LIDS for your burrito bowl. The crack team at chipotle solved this problem by placing a single, ill fitting piece of aluminum foil over our bowls. So all the food got smushed and leaked all over the bag. Good thing my steak was inedibly chewy.Fortunately, I spied some lids near the online order serving station. I asked for one and was told, “those are for takeout orders”….. “sir, this is a takeout order”…. “I mean online orders”. Brilliant.This chipotle is cheeks. By far the worst I’ve ever been to. If any one of these issues happened I’d be annoyed, but to have pretty much all of them every single time over a year one year period is totally inexcusable. Having enough food and crockery to get through a single day is the most basic restaurant management skill, if don’t have that get new management.

First time going to this location.. ordered an online order steak burrito. $15 Burrito came way smaller than other locations and no steak. What kills me is you can’t even call the restaurant to talk to a manager for a refund or anything. You have to talk to foreign people that you can barely hear or understand, or email customer support. Didn’t have time to go back in after realizing I didn’t receive what I ordered.. chances are I won’t be using this location ever againUpdate: have yet to receive a refund or further reply from “customer service”Charged my card twice for different amounts as well

Quesadillas have to be ordered online, drink machine was warm and dirty with no ice. They were out of cheese, chicken and guacamole at lunch time.

Every time I go here they’re out of everything. I went this Friday and they were out of half the items. Always rude employees. I wish we had another chipotle nearby. Never order online 9/10 it’s wrong.

I have never written a review before but after my 3rd similar experience at the Brighton location I felt like I had to. We frequently order from other locations and have never seen it that bad. No white rice, chips, lettuce, the place was a mess, ice was over flowing. All but one of the fountain pops didn’t have the right syrup or none(I.e.coke=rootbeer) I felt bad for the employees, they seem overwhelmed and deflated. The food that was available was not prepared well (chick in huge hard to eat chunks). They were as hospitable as they could be with the odds stacked against them. Hoping you can get it back on track…

This location has really gone down hill. Second week in a row we placed an online pickup order for 40 minutes later and arrived to the location and still had to wait another 15 minutes+ for the food to be prepared (2 burrito bowls and a side of chips). The order last week was missing the side of chips and missing fajita veggies and pico on one of the bowls. This week no fajita veggies again on the one bowl.

Typically, I don't write reviews, but feel compelled today. Upon arrival, there was a sign stating only accepting card or exact cash; they didn't have enough cash on hand. With 8 people working, the atmosphere was unpleasant - every table was dirty. The counter our food was prepared on was dirty - covered in sour cream, cheese and rice. And there was food on the kitchen floor. They were also out of ice and silverware. I've been there when they've been short-staffed and it was in better condition.

Wow! This chipotle was the perfect storm. Root beer was coming out of the coke fountain the kid behind the counter laughed and said yeah that happens sometimes and did nothing. I went back for sprite and no sprite. I asked to see the manager and the kid responded by asking why? I then told the manager about the drink fountain he apologized. After settling on drinking tap water I then heard the manager yell out some kind of profanity and he stormed out. That was after I cleaned off of my table which had chicken, salsa and cheese on it.

The food was not great but I guess could've been worse... Maybe. But that's the best I can offer. Mediocre at best food. :( This place is gross. Dirt, food, containers strewn across the floor. Four completely empty napkin holders. No ice. Flat soda. There was one person working the register and take out orders who was actually paying attention and working hard (blonde hair to shoulders; kudos to that guy for working hard) but the rest obviously didn't want to be there. Lazy workers, no pride. Overall, poorly managed location. 3rd time there and same experience each time. I thought maybe the first 2 times were a miss. But after 3 times and poor experiences each time, that's enough for me.

Will not return. Went with the family & kids for a quick dinner. The place was so dirty, no high chairs in site, ice was out, and soda was flat. My burrito fell apart within minutes of eating it because it was not wrapped well. Workers did not seem to care about customer service or keeping the place tidy.
