I bought my Black Chrome Wheels from Chrome Wheel Exchange in 2013 and had NO problems.

This company has retained our $800.00 core charge AND our core rims, they have not returned one or the other. Our company has contacted Mike Byler every month for a year, leaving messages and never recieving a return call. If we are able to reach Mike Byler, he insists that he needs refreshed of the situation. Mr. Mike Byler assumes that the problem will go away if he ignores it long enough. I don't think it will..Our company has also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Michigan. Edited review... Just a heads up..Dave Banker (if thats his real last name) is an employee of the company under review.

Been calling them for weeks and no return call. Wheels are peeling and took forever to get my deposit back.

Great guy to deal with. UNTIL THERE IS AN ISSUE. His solution is to ignore the issue. Others have posted same concern. Will buy elsewhere in the future.

Really minus 1 star.. No core deposit posted yet. They received my wheels on 5/18 per my tracking number (sent core in 2 days after I received the chrome wheels). As of 7/13/16, still no $800 reimbursement on my credit card. My wheels where only 1 week old off a brand new cameo. I called them x 3, said they would handle it promptly. Gave them over a week to respond each time. I had to notify my credit card, and will probably notify the Better Business bureau and Ebay. It only takes 5 minutes to reimburse my credit card at department stores when I return something. Don't see why it takes them over 2 months..
