Usually this bank has been great. However, today I got there a few minutes before five which they are supposed to be open until five and no one was there. I know it’s irritating for someone to come in last minute however 5pm is 5pm……stay open until the time you say you’re open until. I rushed to get here and then had to take my 7 month old out of the car only to walk into the bank being “closed” prior to its scheduled close time. Very frustrating and disappointing by this location.

Don't get sick with COVID. If your account had 1 overdraft and they keep charging fees every few days They won't waive fees even if your dieing. Citizens is a bank of opportunists. The account was paid off and closed so the negative 78.00 didn't get charged off. What a joke!!!

Terrible customer service. I needed to close my account due to getting married and they treated me terrible and didn't close my accounts. I had to go back three times. Each time I went in and told them what I needed and they didn't speak a word to me after and just said all set, gave me no documentation or confirmations and instead were whispering to each other. I'm not sure how it benefitted them to not close my account but I do not recommend banking with them., and if you do don't go to this branch.

I have had several experiences with this branch of Citizens Bank that have been very disappointing for me. The most notable experience was recently.Almost two weeks ago I made an ATM deposit with quite a bit of cash (over $6000) and the machine locked up. It never finished counting money and simply stopped responding. I called the corporate number for Citizens and made a report. I was told not to worry. They would have it handled soon. I should just go ahead and leave the ATM without a receipt or any verification of a deposit and they would get ahold of me.I followed up with the Brighton branch first thing the next morning. When I have waited in line, they often suggest that I just use the machine next to the tellers because it would be quicker for me, so I figured it would be a quick fix for them. Unfortunately I was told they couldn’t do anything. They explained that nobody would be able to service the machine for about five days, but they would see what they could do. As I talked with them I noticed that the machine was back in use already.It has been nearly two weeks since this happened and I am worried that other customers may have had an issue with the machine that may make it difficult to verify how much money I had lost in the machine. I called the branch to inquire when there would be a resolution and was told again - there Is nothing we are going to do- just wait. The manager was very short. I asked who I could call that would be able to help. I also asked who counted the money in the machine. I was worried it may have been taken. She said she was busy and hung up on me. I called back immediately and she hung up before even saying hello.I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect a little courtesy and extra help to handle this issue that has caused me great concern. Either Citizens corporate offices has not given their employees any authority to handle these problems or they simply don’t care about customer service.

Absolutely wonderful! Helped me with a very difficult situation that no other bank seemed to even care to try! Will be doing all future banking here definitely !!

Cramer has the best people skills.I have known him over 7 years,and he always smiles,goes out of his way to make sure each transaction is done to my needs.Never seen him hurried, mad, or rude to any customer.Excellent banking experience and He always knows my name and waves to me when I am in line doing my grocery shopping.He is a Very Vauable Employee.
